I'm a huge cat lover and former owner of a mix of homely house dwellers and adventurous outdoor felines. Although I don’t currently have a cat of my own (due to lease restrictions), I’m directing my passion and experience for cats into providing a full-time professional insured cat-sitting service after years of owning cats since I was a child. I stop to say hello to every cat I meet in the street too as I love to meet new cats and love learning about their individual characters. History of my cat care: 🐾 Gruffalo, a mature black panther lookalike adopted from Brighton City Cat Shelter who had cancer on his nose. He lived his best cheeky life knocking things off the table, late night zoomies, chasing after the red dot laser light and early morning chats before breakfast. 🐾 Girlie a placid mature adopted black & white cat who loved cuddles and sitting on your lap and being close by to the computer so much so she used to walk on the keyboard and start webchats! 🐾 Kitcat / KC adopted as a mischievous kitten after a friend had a baby that the cat didn't get along with. KC scaled the curtains and was just a buddle of energy that never tired of chasing feathers. 🐾 Tisha was adopted as a young cat who was my first cat love. She was a beautiful tortie who loved chin rubs but don't ever touch her tummy. She was a stealth hunter and would often bring "presents" despite having a bell on her collar. I've really enjoyed looking after several Cat In A Flat & Rover kitty clients including repeat bookings with: 🐾Teddy & Vito (Prawn) who both request tummy tickles as soon as I walk in or wake me with gentle meows for breakfast when I house sit 🐾 Hazel moved home but she kindly took me with her and asks me to explore her new magical garden with her. 🐾 Nina, a sweet Asian Tiffanie who is very energetic and likes to chase her powered ball 🐾 Sisters Sooty & nervous Sweep, Sooty loves to be brushed & we play "Seek the Sweep" with treat trails 🐾Minnie, a white cat who still enjoys her red dot laser chase despite needing pain medication. 🐾 Sisters, playful and brush loving Luna & Mabel who likes to chill in her hideaway during the November fireworks and the house renovations although she is letting me brush her now too. 🐾 Mochi, a Highland Straight, white ball of fluff who enjoys watching the world from high up 🐾 Pippi & Pickle have fabulous kitty shelves to scale up, Pickle climbs them quicker than you can follow her with a camera whilst Pippi likes a slower pace of life chasing wands and ribbons closer to the ground. 🐾 Loulabelle is a Bengal who is happy snoozing on the bed by day and an energetic explorer at dusk & dawn. She kindly shares her garden with a wealth of other wildlife from hedgehogs to foxes. 🐾Rocket was my first ginger cat who (by his owner's description) can be a bit grumpy. Now he knows I will give him treats to train him with his cat carrier so he looks forward to our visits. 🐾Duchess & Luna who could set your clock for you. They know exactly when their auto feeder is due to release and will sit waiting patiently 5 minutes before. 🐾Leo & Raffa are not fans of the heatwave but that doesn't stop Raffa from wanting cuddles, Leo stayed cool down by sitting in the garden shade 🐾Boris & Mischa enjoy the quiet and slow moving pace of life, Boris is a cheeky chap with his tongue out most of the time and Mischa likes to observe the green feathers as they slowly move over the sofa. Also significant time with: 🐾 Ember, a playful tortie & white who loves her tunnel and treats 🐾 Looseal a tabby cat who normally isn't a lap cat but jumps on mine every visit 🐾 Wolfie, a night time prowler who loves Dreamies after his daily brush 🐾 Penny, an energetic Bengal kitten who constantly runs, jumps & plays with all her toys. 🐾 Marty, my most anxious kitty yet but was soon on my lap at every opportunity or asking for back scrubs. 🐾 Sebastiana, a long hair tortie who chases her scrunched up foil balls & loves a lap cuddle. 🐾Three handsome Ragdoll cats called Wolfgang, Steve and Cola who loved running round the house and chasing springing toys. 🐾Rocky who is a speedy tuxedo cat that enjoys his catio. He used to overgroom when his mom went on holidays but his tux is looking fluffier than ever now. 🐾 Mackerel & Raku are my two baby pandas because they try to feast on the bamboo on the patio. 🐾 Marnie is a sweet tiny kitten who so gentle but don't be fooled when 5am comes she pounces on any foot under the covers that moves. 🐾 Magnus is a black cat who loves variety in his play so no two days can be the same, one day is tunnel play, another ribbons, then the next is cat tree climbing except he likes to use the rug as a kicker toy most days as his staple. 🐾 Burt is a calming old soul who will go outside rain or shine in the hope of seeking out some rainwater pools to drink from 🐾 Echo & Kyo who kept me company in the heatwave. Echo still loved running around her circular tunnel when the sun went down and Kyo was very keen to look for treats in my bag. 🐾 Daisy-Rainbow who is usually an outdoor explorer stays inside to chase her namesake rainbow wand when I'm with her. 🐾 Würmi, Mister Bowie & Iggy are three gentle giant Main Coons of different ages. Würmi sings into his water bowl, Mister bowie loves to curl up in his wicker basket and Iggy enjoyed running for the kicker toys. Short visits with: 🐾 Nova is a Ragdoll kitten with fabulous context switching skills from rapid huntress 1 second to cuddly ball of fluff the next. 🐾 Charli who takes a keen interest in all the insects in her garden when she goes out for her lunchtime stroll. 🐾 Gizmo loves nothing more than to roll around either in the garden leaves or on the cosy rug with tickles. 🐾 Maggie & Chester, Maggie is a shy girl and she knows her food is safely locked up in her microchip feeder from food motivated Chester who investigates the bringer of food (whoever they are) very quickly. 🐾 Mr F the Ragdoll spent one night with me and he was a gentleman guarding my door. He and his neighbour cat friend came to say hi whilst they were chilling in the garden. 🐾 Mila who needed an emergency sitter, she likes to sit arms length away but still wants head tickles. 🐾 Siblings Ash & nervous Misty had fun playing with me whilst their owners got hitched. 🐾 Siblings Callie & Io, both energetic Bengals who both liked to play & eat treats. Callie was so good at taking her meds too. 🐾 Kiki, an indoor tabby who may have been a dog in a former life as he likes to play fetch if you throw his toy in the right way. 🐾Sylvie, who could take over the Sheba adverts likes to be cosy under the bed when new people come. She came to investigate me at the end of her treat trail though and decided I was good at arranging her toys in a circle for her. 🐾Max, a long haired handsome tuxedo cat that likes chasing ribbon and exploring the outdoors and winding in between your legs. He brought me a special friend to play with at Xmas. 🐾Appleton is an energetic kitten who just loves to run full speed everywhere. He stops briefly to allow his adoptive Mum Venus to groom him. Venus prefers a slightly slower speed whilst still being playful. She likes to munch on the kitten food when she thinks you are not watching. 🐾Trinity and Tattiana who are sister Scottish Folds who love to climb on their cat shelves and trees.
