About: I am dedicated to the well-being of your pet. I pay attention to detail and will follow your pet's plan to ensure their safety while in my care. I have a full-time job and am typically unavailable between 7am-4pm during the week. I am available most weekends to walk or care for your fur babies. Starting mid-June, I will have more availability during the day. I care for pets by following the plan provided by the owner. I provide time for play, exercise, and rest. About: I grew up surrounded by dogs and learned early on the importance of giving them love, structure, and consistent care. From daily walks in all kinds of weather to making sure bowls are full, paws are clean, and leashes are secure. I’m attentive and proactive—always watching for other animals on walks, checking gates and doors at home, and ensuring every furry friend feels comfortable and cared for. What sets me apart is my mix of reliability and playfulness: I provide the dependable care you can trust while keeping tails wagging with fun, engaging activity. Caring for pets isn’t just a responsibility to me—it’s a privilege and a joy. I currently work full-time, but after 6 p.m. I’m available for evening walks and/or drop-in visits. Weekends are when I have the most flexibility, making me available for longer walks, extended care, or even overnight stays if needed. My schedule allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care during the times many families are busiest or away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always ensure I have a clear care plan to follow using instructions and information I’ve gathered from the client. This is important as I want to ensure that the care I provide is consistent to what the dog or cat is used to. I’m attentive to safety—making sure leashes and harnesses are secure on walks, keeping an eye out for other animals, and double-checking that gates and doors are properly closed. I also maintain food and water bowls as needed and give plenty of love and playtime. Whether it’s a game of fetch, hide-and-seek, or just extra cuddles, I make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their family is away.

About: I grew up in the country with dogs, cats, horses, and sheep, so caring for animals has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve boarded dogs as young as four months, dogs with medical needs and strict dietary routines, and dogs that were anxious being away from home for the first time. When you drop your dog off with me, I want you to actually focus on wherever you’re going. I send photos and videos, not constantly, but enough that you’ll already know how they’re doing before the worry even shows up. My daughters and I do this together. I use it as a chance to teach them how to actually pay attention to a dog. Reading their body language, knowing when they want space, following their routines and schedules. My day starts at 5am. The dogs wake up with me and we sit on the couch together while I get into work. Breakfast for the dogs, then breakfast for my kids, then school drop-off at 7. I’m back by 7:30 and work from my detached office with dog beds and a door that opens to the backyard so they can come and go. Mid-morning we take a walk. Afternoons the girls get home at 3:30 and we take the dogs out again. Dinner for everyone, a show or movie with the pups, then bedtime. Our yard is large and fully fenced. Inside, we have gates on bedroom doors and between the living room and kitchen, and a utility room that lets me rotate dogs in and out to the backyard without them ever having to pass each other. Dogs are never left together unsupervised, and never left alone with my kids. Depending on the dog, they’ll sleep on one of my daughters’ beds or next to mine.

About: My life has been full of dogs of different sizes and temperaments. I have managed aggressive Rottweilers and carried tired English bulldogs. What dogs provide is unadulterated love and my goal is to make sure that your dog gets a tailored experience. Safety is key and flexibility is my mantra, nothing matters more than each pet getting the fullest out of their time with me. Monday through Thursday I am flexible to manage walks from 11-1 and full attention to my pets after 4pm. Friday through Sunday I am completely open to provide care. Care is tailored to each pet based on information provided by their owner. I will control as many factors as I can such as cleanliness, eyes on play, and proper walking distends from unknown animals. I treat every interaction as a fresh start and make sure animals in my care get the attention the need and deserve.

Dogs are welcome on furniture unless you prefer otherwise, and I’ll follow your pet’s usual routines, rules, and training expectations to help them feel comfortable. In Your Home & On Walks: Walks are tailored to your dog’s age, energy level, and individual needs. Whether we’re exploring your neighborhood, staying at home, or enjoying a relaxed sniffari, I’ll provide safe exercise, mental enrichment, and plenty of positive attention. I have a large dog stroller and use positive reinforcement techniques on walks. We will go over anlso review any training cues, commands, or routines you have established to help maintain consistency and good habits.

About: I’m an undergraduate environmental science student at Portland State, currently on summer break. I recently worked as a student research technician, handling and tracking frogs and documenting their habitats. My family has had our fair share of dogs and cats over the years, which contributed to my love for animals and the outdoors. I’ve cared for the pets and houses of friends and family since 2023, checking in throughout the day to provide meals and quality playtime. --- I enjoy figuring out how to build a true connection with animals, some more unique than others. My family has two cats with very distinct personalities: Evy, our affectionate 13 year old, and Sophie, our 2 year old feisty tortie. We rescued Sophie as a 3 week old kitten, and she began experiencing seizures at just 9 weeks old. This was a scary and confusing time, involving many emergency vet visits. She is now healthy and happy, on a strict schedule requiring medicine by mouth every 12 hours. Each pet I’ve been lucky to have has taught me something, and I’ve had to learn from her the most. She is a high maintenance kitty who doesn’t like pets. She shows her affection in unconventional ways, and I wouldn’t have it any other way :-) Please message me if you're curious about booking me on a date I have marked as unavailable. Though I've marked weekdays starting in late September as unavailable for the time being due to classes starting, I may still be able to provide services. Otherwise, I'm on summer break so my schedule is quite open. I'm able to spend quality time with your pet(s) and can work with you to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I'm available for walks, overnight stays, and/or check-ins throughout the day depending on their needs. I'm most compatible with pets who can be left alone for 4-8 hours, as I have personal responsibilities and may need to walk a dog or check in with someone else's pets (or my own!). --- My current nightly rates are intended for 12 hour care (ex: 6 PM to 6 AM, 8 PM to 8 AM, etc.) and 2-4 drop in visits throughout the day, depending on your need and my availability. Please feel free to message me if you have questions, concerns, or if your pet requires more intensive or constant care. I'll do my best make it work! I'd love to meet with you first and get to know your furry family to see if I'm a good fit for them. I enjoyed walking my dog 2-3 times per day in the neighborhood or on local nature park trails. When caring for others' pets in the past, I'd typically check in 2-3 times a day to feed, play, and relax with them, watering plants as needed. While most have been considered low maintenance, I've gained much more intensive experience with my special needs cat Sophie. --- I appreciate schedules and/or written instructions so I can better adapt to your pet's needs, especially if they require medications or atypical care.

About: I recently restarted providing pet services. Most of my experience is with small and medium dogs, especially seniors who need a little extra patience and gentle care. I’ve cared for multiple dogs at once, provided daily walks, and made sure they feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away. While I don’t have direct experience with cats yet, I’m very open to learning and eager to provide them with the same level of care. I’m also new to house sitting, but I’m highly responsible, follow directions carefully, and will always treat your home with the same respect and care I give my own. I do have a full time hybrid job, we can discuss a schedule if needed. I do come with a little senior, blind sidekick.
