Finally, she kept in touch with us as we made the long journey home to ensure that Holly would be cared for until we got home, and left a light on for us since we were going to be arriving late at night! “Alina was so great! At the last minute my husband and I realized that we wouldn’t have cell service while we were camping when Alina would be taking care of our cats. Since this was the first time Alina was sitting for us AND it was in our new home where we weren’t completely sure how easy it would be for a new person to navigate it (or how the cats would do with us gone for the first time), we were worried about not being available for Alina to contact and update us. We asked if she could communicate with my mom instead since we have a satellite communicator with my mom and she could relay messages to us. Despite all those complications (including our cat Romeo needing oral medication twice a day), everything went really well. Alina handled the last minute changes easily, communicated thoroughly with my mom, helped us feel at ease and when we came home our cats seemed relaxed and happy. We’re grateful for Alina’s care!”

About: I've always loved dogs of all sizes and I've been lucky enough to grow up around them. For fifteen years, I have walked, cared for, fed, trained and loved on as many dogs as I could. Whether they're cuddly or prefer their own space, want to play fetch for hours, or simply want a sniff filled walk in the park, I've enjoyed every moment of fur filled love and play. I have experience with dogs of all sizes from Saint Bernards and German Shepherds all the way to Pomeranians, Jack Russel Terriers, and all sizes in between. I have lots of experience with walking large and small dogs, whether they be amazing on a leash or like to pull you around at full strength and speed. I also have lots of experience reading canine body language, working with territorial or dog selective pups, even with anxious or high energy pups. I have a very flexible schedule and often I am available on short notice for walks, drop-ins, or short (1-2 nights) overnight stays. Whether your pup just needs a walk while you're at work or they need a friend for a few hours to play and feed them, I will always do my best to be available. I currently only do pet sitting in your pup's home environment, however I find this helps make all dogs much more comfortable when their favorite humans aren't around. I do have a large and very friendly dog of my own, Harley, who would happily join for a playdate if your pup would like a new friend. I will always do my best to take care of your pup just like you do and make them feel safe, loved, and happy.

About: I’m a recently retired (lol) ER Vet assistant , I have a lot of experience handling dogs of all sizes! Whether that be providing medical care or tons love! I have a dog and cat of my own and grew up with pets as well! I’m available Friday/Saturday and can drop in to play with your pet anytime or take them on a nice walk! I would prefer to do walks prior to the sun going down but can always drop in late at night for those who work graveyard shifts! Trust is such a big part of meeting a pet for the first time! I would ensure that I take the time to make your pet feel comfortable and not threatened by letting them warm up to me prior to any interaction. I would also be respectful to the boundaries set by you for your home/pet!

“Can’t recommend Adriana enough!! Our pup has a highly anxious temperament when meeting new people, Adriana was incredibly supportive and patient following our instructions when meeting Arrow. We booked two walks together to see if our dog would be accepting and clam around her, she made him feel at ease from the very first day and thats rare for him! If you have an anxious pup or a rescue who’s had a difficult past like our pup, I highly recommend Adriana. We’re so excited to have found a sitter we can finally leave our pup with and know he won’t be anxious and scared at boarding but instead at home getting love from adriana! She also provided many updates throughout our trip, sent pictures and notified us of any changes in his food or potty routine. We’re already planning on her help in December and many months to come!”

About: I grew up with dogs and had my own dog for 14 years. Dogs are the most wonderful and compassionate beings and I love being around them. Whenever I traveled out town or needed to be away from home for a long day, it was of utmost importance my dog stayed with someone who would care for and love him the way he was accustomed to. It helped me feel more relaxed knowing he was in good hands. I’d like to provide that peace of mind for others. Your dog will bring great loving hands and treated with love and affection so you can have peace of mind away while you’re away from home. Dogs give so much love and deserve all the love we can give :) I currently work full time from home and will be able to give your pet lots of love. They will get plenty of potty breaks and attention. My home is your pets home. They are allowed on the furniture and will get fun walks and lot and lots of pets from me!

About: Rover is my full time job so taking care of your pet is my highest priority. I recently worked as a Dog Handler and Lead Assist for 2 years where I monitored dogs, cleaned up after them as well as feeding and administering medications. I have worked at 3 different doggy day cares and I have a lot of experience handling dogs. I grew up with a dogs and cats and have experience with puppies/kittens as well as senior cats and dogs. I spend most of my time outside enjoying what nature had to offer as well as reading books and spending time with family. I have a lot of experience with cats and have helped foster kittens for the humane society for years. I also used to have a pet rabbit named Edgar and I treated him like a prince!. I treat every animal as if they are my own because each animal is special. Animals are my passion and I love them with all my heart. I have 5 cats at home as well as 1 beautiful parakeet. I live with my parents so when I’m at your home watching your dog or cat, my parents are taking care of the cats and bird. Rover is my only job so I can take good care of your animals. I do have lots of dog walks during the day so I would need to be able to leave your house sometimes up to 5 hours a day. Other than the walks and some appointments I spend all of my free time at your home with your animals. I am familiar with kennels and making sure everything is safe, I take into consideration what you want your pets to eat and what they can’t. I like everything to be clean so they aren’t getting into anything they shouldn’t. I respect if you prefer your dog not to say hello to other dogs on walks just in case the other dog isn’t vaccinated or if they don’t get along with certain dogs. I also refrain from using communal water bowls. I always clean up after dogs. I have pet care insurance as well.
