About: I've grown up with dogs, and taken care of them nearly my whole life. Each of the four dogs I've known best are rescues. They've certainly had their share of quirks and needs, but are lovely, loyal creatures. More recently, we've helped family, friends, and neighbors with their dogs. My 13-year old daughter Elise adores dogs of all shapes and sizes, and she's the motivation for sharing our home with more dogs. We also love small furry friends! We've recently enjoyed watching a sweet guinea pig and a dwarf hamster. I grew up with domesticated rats as pets - they were awesome! We're happy to watch small rodents anytime possible. I homeschool my four girls ages 11-17. They are all gentle with animals and provide lots of love for your sweet dog. We are home studying the majority of the time, and can flex for drop-off/pick-up. We have a large fenced yard that's very sturdy (the family recently rebuilt the fence). Inside our home there's a spacious downstairs and a gate to prevent access to the upstairs if needed.

About: Hi! I’m Erika. I have lived in the Cedar Mill/Beaverton area my entire life — except for college… GO DUCKS! I truly believe pets thrive on love, attention, and companionship. They deserve to feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away, and when you need someone to provide that kind of care, I’m your person. As I look ahead toward the next chapter of my life, I’m excited to spend more time doing what I love most: caring for animals, being outdoors, and staying active through walking and running. First step is a meet & greet, so we can discuss their routine, walks, feeding schedule, medications, home entry instructions, procedures/protocols, and the best way to care for them, etc... It also helps ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe before services begin. I’m responsible, caring, respectful, dependable, and a strong communicator. During my visits or walks, I’ll communicate by sending texts and photos. I also have experience caring for senior pets and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and consistency they need. Additionally, I’m comfortable administering dog eye drops, including maintaining strict medication schedules when needed. Need help getting your pet to a grooming appointment or a routine vet visit? I’m happy to assist with that too! I’m also happy to assist with brushing and light grooming needs. I don't take dogs over 100lbs, aggressive dogs, or dogs that do not have basic training. I work mainly with dogs, but can feed cats if needed. Because I work from home most of the week, I have the flexibility and availability to accommodate many pet care needs and schedules. I’m often available for walks, drop-ins, companionship, and extra attention throughout the day. I live a quiet lifestyle and do not have many outside commitments, which allows me to dedicate reliable time, attention, and consistency to the pets in my care. I am not afraid of the rain; I actually enjoy it! I strive to maintain a safe and dependable environment while your pet is in my care. I make sure to have your veterinarian’s information and emergency contact details readily available at all times. I also ensure your home is left exactly as it was when I arrived. My goal is to keep everything clean, tidy, organized, and secure while providing the best possible care for your pet. I am aware of my surroundings and no not take risks.

As a full-time physical therapy student, I’m highly responsible, detail-oriented, and compassionate. I’ve cared for my own pets for years, including senior animals, and I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, grooming, and medication routines. My background gives me a special sensitivity to mobility and health needs, making me a calm, attentive sitter who treats pets like family. I’m currently a full time graduate student. About: We have a soft spot in our hearts for small dogs. We have had several in our lives over the years. We currently have a 4 year old Chihuahua. He is a rescue from the Humane Society so we are not sure of his exact age. Our 15 year old Chihuahua passed away 4 years ago and we have lots of experience with older dogs. We are practiced at having to give oral and eye and ear medications. We are also capable and available to watch larger dogs, It’s just not our preference. Your puppy, adult, or senior dog will get a lots of snuggles and playtime while you’re away. We like to go for walks. When it rains we walk around at The Home Depot for fun and adventure. I have plenty of time to play with your pup. I am available weekdays, weekends & holidays. We can take the dogs for multiple walks around the block. I have fenced yard, so your dog(s) can run around freely in the house and the backyard. I can crate your dog if that’s the routine.
