She sent regular updates, adorable photos, and thoughtful notes that made us feel connected even from afar. Our pets adored her, and it was clear they felt safe and loved in her care. Coming home to calm, happy animals was the best feeling ever. We couldn’t recommend Susan more highly—she truly goes above and beyond and has a heart of gold. “Heather was very prompt when we asked her to be there quite early so we could make our flight. She took notes and was very attentive when we gave her instructions on our pets needs and schedules. She asked great questions and learned all their names. We have 6 cats, 2 big dogs and 8 chickens. We did not worry once while we were gone. Heather provided text and pictures several times a day to let us know everything was great. The animals were happy and healthy when we got and the house was in good shape too! Turns out that the other sitter cancelling was the best thing that could have happened because Alex is everything I could ever want from a sitter. They were incredibly responsive to my messages, they gave frequent updates throughout the day complete with photos, they administered medication to both my cats, they went above and beyond to even clean up the place while I was away…but most importantly, my boys seemed to absolutely adore them! “Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. I would definitely recommend Kyrstin the care for your pets and will most definitely ask her again should the need arise. Thank you so much Kyrstin for taking such good care of my buddy!!”

About: I LOVE DOGS!! I've taken care of pets since I was 14 and love taking them on adventures or relaxing with them! I am a current college student who is home during breaks and weekends! I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate your pets every need! As a full-time college student, I am currently restricted to my University schedule. I am available during Summer break: June 15th-September 25th, Winter break: December 13th-January 4th, and Spring break: March 21st-March 29th. I am currently residing with my parents during university breaks and, as such, am unable to provide in-home pet care at my own residence. However, I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting at clients’ homes. To ensure a safe, trustworthy, and comfortable experience, I schedule a meet-and-greet with each client and their pet prior to the start of services. This allows us to discuss expectations, address any questions, and establish a solid foundation for care. I also encourage clients to review the Rover Community Guidelines so they are fully informed about the process and policies. Throughout the booking, I maintain clear and consistent communication! I provide updates and photos to keep clients informed about how their pet is doing. I know I love to receive updates on my puppy while I’m away! I also reach out if anything arises that requires their input. After the booking, I follow up to ensure that the care I provided met their expectations. My goal is always to deliver reliable, attentive, and high-quality care.
