“Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. Emma does a phenomenal job of following instructions for the care of my puppy. She sends wonderful pictures and updates twice a day so I am never left wondering how things are going back at home. She also does a great job leaving the house in the same (or better) condition she found it in. Having Emma care for my puppy gives me peace of mind! I have already booked her for another sit!
Adriana was fantastic with our Bengal cat Diego. Communication was great and we can tell how much effort she put into interacting with him and keeping him entertained while we were gone. She went above and beyond not just with Diego, but even washed all of the bed sheets and towels she used which is far more than we ever ask from guests who stay with us. She did an amazing job and we'll be booking her again!

Jennifer is amazing with our 9 month old puppy Gus and two cats. Gus is definitely a bit of a handful at this age, but she kept him busy with playtime and multiple walks a day. We couldn't wait for her daily updates and ended up with over 100 pictures of Gus and our cats over just a few days. To say we loved Shannon is an understatement. There are so many reasons why. She is dependable, punctual, was easy to communicate with, and was able to manage all 3 of our fur kids, seemingly with ease. Our pups were happy and relaxed when we arrived back home (after 10 days away). She kept up the dog tumbleweeds, doggie demands for regular play, snuggles, and kept up on literally everything. She even washed the linens she used, and kept the house tidy. There are dozens of things she simply did without us asking, driven purely by her own initiative. It made our arrival so much easier. Our dogs really loved Shannon. They were all relaxed and content when we arrived. Shannon was by far our best experience with care for our pups. We have used boarding, and sitting services in the past and never had such an amazing experience.
Haley is golden. I was able to actually relax during my vacation and not worry about my home or my pups. I have two senior dogs, one with a serious chronic disease, and Haley took great care of both. She gave me space and compassion to be nervous about leaving my pups and home. She followed all of my directions and never made me feel like a neurotic dog mom. Instead she was supportive and understanding. I loved her attitude from the start and her desire to learn about how to best care for my pups. I'll definitely work with her again.
