Margaux was amazing, my request was a tad last minute and she communicated her schedule clearly which I so appreciated. My two dogs absolutely loved her, even my rescue pup who doesn't trust humans easily. I felt super comfortable leaving them in her capable hands. I really appreciate her care for both my dogs and house. I will absolutely book her next time I have to go out of town and I would definitely recommend Margaux to others.
Jami was great with my dogs. She took away the anxiety I had over leaving my dogs for a week. I received frequent check-ins to let me know the dogs were doing well and she left my house clean and tidy. One of my dogs recently had spine surgery and has a long list of restrictions and instructions. jami did a great job with him, following the instructions and making sure he was well cared for. My other dog also requires some special attention and she handled them both so well. I'll definitely be using her again when I travel.
Rachel was fantastic! My clan of 5 fur babies are a handful. The 3 kitties are rescues and still shy with strangers, but she got them to warm up to her quickly. And Zephyr was still on restricted activity since his surgery, and she made sure he didn't overdo things and kept up with his meds. She provided many updates and made me feel very confident that they were all well cared for. Thank you so much Rachel!
Rachael was great! At our meet & greet, she was gentle and sweet with our very frail elderly kitties, and we felt they would be in good hands. She was comfortable dealing with our very detailed med and feeding instructions, which can all be overwhelming for some sitters. She left the house clean and was low-maintenance as a sitter, and we greatly appreciated her helping us out in a pinch--we had to book at the last minute and had a lot of uncertainty about our dates, but Rachael just rolled with it all! When we got home, the kitties seemed content and cared for. We will be happy to have Rachael back!
As always Katie was a wonderful sitter for our boys and gave us the peace of mind to take a trip. She arrives on schedule, takes great care of our two cats & our home & is quick to respond to a message. This was my very first time using Rover for my own pets, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 💜 I was definitely a bit of a helicopter pet mom before our cruise, but she was so patient and understanding. She even came by for weekly walks with Kash beforehand so they could get to know each other, and didn’t mind learning my very specific way of making his food. 😂 She took amazing care of Kash, Totoro, KitKat, and Kali, sent great updates, and gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. John is a great sitter for our four dogs. He is attentive to their needs and playful. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that our dogs are well taken care of while away. He also helped us watered our house plants and tomatoes during the recent heatwaves. In fact, we are requesting his assistance again for our long travel next week.
