Turns out that the other sitter cancelling was the best thing that could have happened because Alex is everything I could ever want from a sitter. They were incredibly responsive to my messages, they gave frequent updates throughout the day complete with photos, they administered medication to both my cats, they went above and beyond to even clean up the place while I was away…but most importantly, my boys seemed to absolutely adore them! “Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. “Heather was very prompt when we asked her to be there quite early so we could make our flight. She took notes and was very attentive when we gave her instructions on our pets needs and schedules. She asked great questions and learned all their names. We have 6 cats, 2 big dogs and 8 chickens. We did not worry once while we were gone. Heather provided text and pictures several times a day to let us know everything was great. The animals were happy and healthy when we got and the house was in good shape too! Bridget is the absolute best! She was very communicative, ensuring we got updates and pictures of our pups and cat while we were away, and we could tell they all felt very loved. It was the first time our cat wasn’t mad at us when we returned home — a true sign he felt taken care of. Bridget also helped manage a few home needs while we were away, brought new toys and treats to our pups, and left the house clean and well taken care of when we got back home. Amora was wonderful with Georgie. She messaged me regularly and sent photos. The house was clean and tidy and Georgie was so happy and relaxed when I got home.
