Hi! I’m Jamie, a lifelong animal lover with over 30 years of pet and house-sitting experience — and I truly mean lifelong. I grew up surrounded by animals and have cared for pets and homes for most of my life. My approach is calm, patient, and intuitive, making me especially attuned to the needs of senior pets, shy or sensitive animals, or pets who simply need extra TLC.

Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, barnyard animals, horses, and pets of all kinds — furry, feathered, scaled, or beyond — bringing the same calm, attentive care to each one. While I’m not a licensed trainer, I bring hands-on experience, training knowledge, and years of caregiving skills to every animal I meet.

Jamie did a wonderful job caring for my sweet boy Louis. I left a lot of instructions and she followed them to a T. She shared lots of photos and updates throughout her stay which helped me feel more at ease. My house was also super clean upon coming home. Jamie was very patient and calm with our small senior rescue dog who takes awhile to warm up. She asked good questions about his needs and responded quickly to messages.
Jamie was wonderful! She was great with send photos and communication daily and she even washed her own sheets and towels before we got home. We felt much better about leaving our dog for a week knowing she was well taken care of.
Jamie is a great communicator! She made me feel very comfortable with updates on the pooches, as well as questions asked to ensure everything was covered while we were out of town. Her rate is a bit more expensive than most, but well worth the peace of mind. We will be using her again!

Also, please note that I’m sensitive to strong or artificial scents and require non-smoking homes without strong fragrances to ensure I can provide the best care possible.
