“Carole was nothing short of amazing! I have 2 senior dogs, one of whom is very “particular” as far as the people she likes. Carole was able to walk her and care for her without any issues. I received photos and updates and felt completely at ease knowing that they were in good hands.”

“Payton did a great job staying with my little girl, Malena. She sent photos and updates and probably spoiled Malena so much that she just said 'oh it's you' when I came home :) I'd love to have Payton sit again.”
5. Emma K.
“Emma was a great sitter, I would definitely recommend her! We could tell right when we met her that she would be great for our big anxious dog. She was immediately very comfortable with him, and it was apparent she had spent a lot of time with dogs. She was able to accommodate us on a late notice, gave us plenty of updates, took the pup on lots of walks, and left the house in perfect shape. I highly recommend Emma as a sitter and would be happy to have her watch our pup again!”
6. Ali M.
“I would absolutely book with Ali again! We did a meet and greet before and my dog absolutely loved Ali. I got text updates and photos while I was away too which was awesome. Ali is great - highly recommend!”
7. Danielle A.
“We had the best house sitting experience with Danielle! I was nervous as this is the first time we’ve used a Rover for our dog, but she exceeded our expectations in every way. Danielle is attentive, compassionate, responsible, communicative, and really went the extra mile for us. Can’t thank her enough for giving us peace of mind during our trip knowing our boy was well looked after!!”
8. Daniela & Michael P.
“Loved Daniela! She sent a ton of pictures and updates and our dogs were happy and healthy when we returned. She even bought our pup a (dog friendly) birthday cake for his 6th birthday. It was such a comfort knowing we had a dog lover staying in our house with our dogs so we were able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation.”
9. Maddie N.
“Maddie sent pictures and followed all instructions left perfectly. She was easy to talk to and managed our rescue well.”
10. Erica L.
“If I could give more stars, I would. I was very nervous about leaving Bella and Tuco. Erica made me feel so comfortable with lots of pictures and contacts. She was great help!!”
11. Beth P.
“Beth is a Godsend! She stayed at our home for five days and took exceptional care of our many animals: our dog, cats, rabbits, Guinea pig and fish. We came back to a tidy house and relaxed animals. She took our dog on two mile walks and sent photos and updates regularly. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She is kind and considerate. We highly recommend Beth!”
12. Lily S.
About: I grew up in a household that fostered many animals! Starting at age 12, I started training bloodhounds with my mother for Search & Rescue. Over the years, I've served as the default dog sitter and trainer in my social circle. With tons of patience and research I also rehabilitated our two rescue dogs, who were human/dog aggressive when my husband adopted them. I have nursed our dog Molly back to health after numerous surgeries and I have extensive experience with geriatric dogs and cats. I'm pursuing my college degree late in life, and fully online. Other than a few random appointments here and there, I have full-time flexibility in my schedule. As long as you have wifi, I can do my work! We can't currently host animals at our house, but I'm happy to follow all guidelines you may have, strictly and with zero judgement. I'm happy to crate, keep dogs off furniture, or let them be laps dogs. The important thing is consistency, so I will follow your lead 100% unless you ask for my advice!
13. Alec B.
“For as long as I have known Alec he has always loved and cared for dogs of all ages and sizes. While also being knowledgable about different dog breeds and their needs. Alec would be a great addition to Rover because of his dedication and love for dogs.”
14. Liz P.
“Liz was a great communicator and my dog was happy and well cared for when I got home!”
15. Natalie F.
“Natalie was amazing with my two dogs, especially with my young, hyper pup. Having her stay with my dogs took so much stress off of me and my dogs loved hanging out with her. Definitely my new go-to dog sitter!”
16. Marilia D.
“Marilia was a fantastic sitter - I recommend her and would definitely trust her with my animals and home again. She did a fantastic job updating us throughout the trip, sending pictures, and calling or messaging with questions. Her reading of our instructions was very thorough and I could tell she cared. When we came home the pups had a fresh bowl of water and we knew they had been taken care of. If you are looking for a trustworthy sitter, hire Marilia!”
17. Riley N.
“Riley was great overnight watching our dogs and cats. They all seemed happy and healthy when we got home, and the updates while we were gone was so appreciated.”
18. Yacob B.
“Yacob was fantastic! Came over before house sitting my two shepherds so he could see where everything was and ask questions. Very responsive, polite, reliable!”
19. Ben B.
“Ben took fantastic care of our 2 year old dog while we were gone for a week. We came home to hear about all the fun activities he did with our boy, and our house was clean! I can’t say enough about how easy of an experience booking Ben was. I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking!”
