About: I have experience working with a wide range of different breed and sizes of dogs. I worked at a doggie daycare and it was an absolute joy. I have taken care of dogs since I was young. About: From family pets, growing up on a farm, pet sitting in college, to multiple years taking care of animal ambassadors as a naturalist, I've been working with and caring for critters of all sorts for nearly as long as I can remember! For critters in the pet category, I have been caring for indoor cats since 2018, from kittens to seniors and every stage in between, including administering medications. My family has had medium/large dogs (rottweilers, labs, and border collie and boxer mixes) my whole life but I have also pet sat for smaller breeds like Boston terriers and cavalier king Charles spaniels. In addition, I aim to familiarize myself with your companion’s routine, such as learning their feeding times (and making sure their water bowls are always full), preferred playtime activities and toys, and any special needs. I value good communication and frequently provide updates on their well-being and promptly address any concerns/behavioral observations. If a dog is anxious upon first meeting me, I ensure they have time to get to know me instead of jumping right into an activity, which includes being patient and slowly offering my hand for sniffing, speaking in a calm tone of voice, and not forcibly entering their space before they are ready.

I have two cats and a deaf dog of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone else. My deaf pup has taught me a lot about paying attention to body language, being patient, and finding what works best for each individual pet. Whether your pet is full of energy and loves to play or would rather curl up on the couch, I'm happy to follow their routine and make sure they feel comfortable while you're away. I'll treat them like they're my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you never have to wonder how they're doing. I know our pets are family, and my goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for until you're back home. Care for your pet fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a very open and flexible schedule. That allows me to be available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits, and I can easily adjust my day to meet your pet's needs. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in visit, or spending extra time keeping your fur baby company, I'm happy to work around their routine to help them feel comfortable, happy and cared for. When I'm caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. I'll carefully follow any instructions you leave regarding feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and any other special needs or preferences. I've been around animals my whole life and have experience working with rescue dogs. My mom also fosters dogs, and I've cared for many of her foster dogs while she's away. That experience has taught me to be patient with dogs who may be shy, anxious, or still adjusting to new people and environments. I treat every home with respect and every pet like they're my own. I'll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident they're happy and well cared for while you're away.
About: I've had pets my whole life! I grew up with dogs of all sizes and am capable of caring and loving your pet while you're away. I'm currently looking for work so my schedule is flexible. I'm available all week days for walks and care between the hours of 6am and 6pm. I have a partially fenced-in yard, extra leashes and poop bags, crates, dog toys, dog beds. About: I’m a kind and goofy gal that loves dogs with my whole being. I own a beagle named Luna that I love spending time with. Her mom needs to hustle to get more funds for our journeys and all the Trader Joe’s treats. I am constantly the friend that takes care of my friend’s dog and enjoy every moment. I hope you give me the opportunity to spend time with your pet! I’d be happy to expand on my experience and passion. My entire schedule revolves around my dog. I’m thinking about how to move things around for her and always checking if I can bring her with. I enjoy our three walks a day on our remote work from home days.
