Reptar had a great time with Emily. We met outside of her apartment, Reptar (an anxious dog) was initially a little reactive from the busyness of street and all the people walking nearby but when he saw Emily, he was quick to calmly warm up to her. Reptar wasted no time exploring her apartment as I set up his crate, Emily had no problem with him jumping up on her couch (appreciate that for him). Emily sent check ins throughout the overnight stay to let me know he was settling in and how he was doing. Upon pick up, she had him all set outside of her apartment when I arrived, allowing for a smooth transition.
I’m still fairly new to Rover, and it was truly a pleasure having Karlee watch my Shorkie while I was out of town. She sent updates whenever I requested them and gave my dog a new opportunity to be around a cat, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how well Karlee was able to understand my dog’s personality. It showed that she genuinely took the time to get to know her and accommodate her individual needs.
