Loving care for your pet
I’ve always had a strong love for dogs, having grown up with both a Shih Tzu and a Golden Retriever. I also have personal experience caring for a senior dog. I regularly dog-sit for friends and family members and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable caring for energetic puppies, playful adult dogs, and senior pets.

Genevieve is one of a kind. She geunuinly has one of nicest souls and is so empathetic. Her stem for loving animals started as a young child with her childhood dog named Reese. Her family then got a golden retriever named Remi. Her love for animals then carried onto college where she then majored in Biology/Zoology. Whenever my family dog ever needed to be watched, Genevieve was there for us. Genevieve would always send us pictures and videos of our dog. Nowadays, my dog is always so excited to see her. Her love and respect for animals, especially dogs, are unwavering. She will take care of any dog as if they were her own.

Schedule
I currently work part-time in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I’m attending graduate school fully remotely. This gives me plenty of flexibility during the day to care for your pet, including taking them on walks and spending time with them during my study breaks. On the days I’m working, I can also come home during my lunch break to take your pet for a walk and check in on them.

I live in a pet friendly apartment with a grassy area and park nearby. I will walk your dog frequently through the day so they can get exercise and go to the bathroom.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet will include plenty of attention, playtime, and affection! Depending on their personality and energy level, we can go for walks, play with their favorite toys, practice tricks, or simply relax and hang out together. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away.
