About: Grew up taking care of animals — have always had dogs (big and small, puppy to adult) and grew up around a farm, so I am comfortable around different animals. I am familiar with their needs, behavioral queues, and differences. I work from home most days, so I could easily work from the hosts home, or host the dog with me (shorter periods of time). The dog can free roam in my apartment, there is no issues with furniture. I have enough space to play with them inside, and work flexibility to give frequent walks. I live in an apartment with a fenced in backyard. Other neighbors have dogs and regularly let them sniff around back there with no issue, though I would not leave the dog unattended back there and would opt for regular walks.

About: I have had dogs of my own since I was 9 years old. I LOVE dogs--especially small ones! I have trained all of my dogs. I board friends' dogs in my home all the time, and am now excited to move into boarding strangers' dogs here on Rover! I work full-time, a mix of in-office and at home. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility on Fridays, so it works best for me to be able to provide boarding on long weekends (Thursday-Sunday). I am happy to provide your pet with seamless care and match what they are used to in your home. I have a large yard and a quiet neighborhood. My home has many rooms and I have some gates so that I can separate pets if needed. I also have a puppy play pen for smaller/younger pups who need their own space.

Chimi looked so happy to be there with all the toys, big backyard, and she got along so well with Mary's dog. Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I think Riley may have even found herself a new best friend 🐾”

Dawn was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating for our dog Beef Stick.She was attentive to his needs, made sure he got plenty of love and attention, and made him a cozy home to stay in while we were off. Beef Stick got a lot of loving from her grandkids as well, and was extremely comfortable, so much so he didn’t want to leave when we picked him up. We will absolutely be utilizing her for future boardings!

Max and his girlfriend took great care of my pup!! She loved having other dogs to play with. Max has a wonderful personality and vibe. He is very compassionate and you can tell has a spot in his heart for dogs. My pup had a ton of time playing outside, took walks and had a park adventure. Max is accommodating and was happy go alloys my pup to relax on the furniture and most importantly sleep/snuggle up in bed at night. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Max gor dog sitting.

I would highly recommend Katharine and Michael. They were very caring kind and knowledgeable.They sent a picture or video every day and walked my dog and cared for her. My dog thrived with them and their family. I would definitely rebook with them on our next trip.
