“A true cat sitter and full emotional support sitter for our furry family in Wisconsin. We love Lexi and highly recommend her for anyone who has high maintenance cats or special instructions. Thank you Lexi!”

About: I have a diverse experience of taking care of dogs. One of my previous jobs was working in a dog daycare/kennel where I took care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have been a dog walker and sitter for many years now, and have been around dogs my whole life! I currently own a mini poodle puppy! I am currently a full time student and can help walk your dog on weekends, holidays, and some odd days throughout the week. My schedule does change, so I can’t provide consistent care, but would love to help out when I can! I take dog walking very seriously, and make sure that the dog’s safety is prioritized. It make sure to be very observant of the dog’s surroundings and temperament, and will be ready to pivot whenever necessary. Communication is very important to me, so I am as prepared as possible for every situation.
“Sydney is great! She was able to check in on my two pups multiple times. Sydney always leaves a detailed report and makes sure we get pics of the pups during her visits. We highly recommend her!”

“Elizabeth did a great job with our pup! She kept us updated the entire time with lots of details and pictures. It was comforting knowing Elizabeth was treating Bo like her own while we were away. She approached separation anxiety with nothing but compassion and patience. Thank you Elizabeth for such a great experience!! :)”

“Amy was absolutely wonderful!! Our daughter was getting married in Elkhart Lake about an hour away from our home. There were some changes in the planning and schedule and Amy just rolled with it, including adding a second dog into the mix! Thank you for taking such good care of Riley!?❤️”

“Emily took great care of my three kitties while I was gone. She was wonderful at communicating and following the instructions I left. The litter area is clean and she watered my plants! I highly recommend her for your pet care. A+++”

“This is our second time having Kimberly watch our two cats and she was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive, kind, and took great care of our cats. We'll definitely ask Kimberly to watch our pets again next time we're away.”
“Jennifer is easy to communicate with and confirms dates and specifics which makes you feel like she's got you covered. I've already rebooked her. Glad I found someone reliable.”

“Kelsey is our go-to pet sitter! She is always responsive, flexible, and so attentive to our pets. Even our neighbor commented to us on how our sitter goes above and beyond!”

About: Both of my parents are veterinarians, so I grew up helping out in their clinic. As a teenager I worked as a kennel staff/vet tech assistant and also grew up raising livestock. I am very comfortable with animals; my parents both work in Little Rock (should anything happen, knock on wood, a good vet is only a phone call away :-). I recently graduated from medical school and am an emergency medicine doctor, but I adore caring for Fido in my spare time. I also have rescue pets so I am familiar with the patience and level of care that our furry friends require on a daily basis. I would love to look after your pets!! I have a cat named Paisley who took some time to adapt after moving here from California. I understand the time commitment and patience needed for pets, especially when they are stressed and subjected to new people and environments. I’m pretty low key and love to just hang out with your pet at home. If available I will take them to a nearby park or on a long walk, but I primarily want to keep them as low stress as possible while you are away! As someone who used to work in a veterinary office I understand how important it is to develop a good trust level, and will demonstrate patience while getting to know your pal.
About: 👋🏼 Hello! My name is Krystal and I am a dog lover who has taken care of dogs for 25+ years. I have 2 male poodle mixes, Adobo and Charley.💙 They’re social boys who love company, but respect boundaries if their furry friends don’t want to play. I work from home and walk my dogs 2 times a day (or 1 long walk) and we also enjoy hiking or playing in our fenced-in backyard. Your furry friend will have activity, company, and love while under my care! ☺️ 👩🏻💻 Working from home full time gives me the flexibility to easily fit pet care into my day, allowing me to provide regular attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. Please feel free to send a message to check on my availability! 🐕🦺 I have a large fenced in yard and friendly dogs, Adobo and Charley, that can keep your furry friend company with play or lounging. I can crate if needed.

“Jeremy was an amazing cat sitter! Both my cats were immediately comfortable and really grew to like Jeremy’s daily visits and play time. Super responsive and always sending lots of pics for me to check in on- it’s was such a relief to have them in Jeremy’s care. Highly recommend!!!”
About: I have lived with and taken care of dogs and cats for over 15 years now and I care for pets like family! I’m responsible, reliable, and prioritize pets’ safety and well being. Exercise and/or socialization is important for pets’ happiness and I look forward to taking part in their health! As a medical student, I keep a structured schedule and try to plan things ahead of time. I am available before and after classes. Whether it is a morning walk or evening drop-in, I’ll be there on time and fully present. I treat your home the way I would hope someone treat mine: with care and respect. I will follow all instructions closely and clean up after myself (and your pet). I would love to send photo updates of your pet!
About: I've had multiple dogs over the last 30 years. Mainly Bull Mastiffs, Border Collie Mix, and multiple Pitties. We lately have been adopting older dogs to give them the best end of life possible. For friends I've watched many smaller to larger dogs, comfortable with all. I have experience with all sorts of meds and care, although I prefer to stay away from anything with needles when possible. We've been to the vet more times than I can count, and have gotten good at understanding/reading dog behavior and signs of distress. I have experience with all soft of personalities...shy or alpha, lazy or rambunctious, etc. I like to understand them and work with them where they are at so they enjoy themselves and are happy. I'm a pretty calm presence and in general dogs trust me right away. My wife will joke that I am a dog whisperer as dogs tend to follow my lead easily, but I think it is simply being confident and projecting that you are there to take care of them. I have a very flexible work schedule and am home most of the time. I only have 1 dog right now (Oscar, 82 lb Pitty who loves everything and everyone...he walks around with soft toys like they are his dolls), but will likely be back to 2 in the near future. I walk my pup(s) pretty much every day. We live near Hart Park and the Oak Leaf Trail so getting out to walk along the river/parks is very easy. New to doing this formally rather than just for friends. Normally watch friends dogs at their place. If we take care of your pup in our home, we will always have 1+ pups that will be other-dog friendly. My wife and I have a small Tosa home but fully fenced-in yard to be able to let them out at any time day or night without worry. We have a small main floor but it has 3-4 dog beds and multiple toys (prefer dogs who are ok with soft toys, as our pup(s) don't rip those up. Will likely prefer caring for your pup in your home, it simply mitigates the crowding in the house and any potential conflicts. If I look after any cats, those would be at your house. We no longer have cats and aren't prepped for that in any way.
“Emily is a reliable cat sitter. She communicated well and was able to medicate my very finicky cat. My cat requires 3 visits a day and she has let me know that her schedule does not allow for this, otherwise, I would hire her again. I would recommend her.”

About: Hello! I live in Wauwatosa, WI and recently moved from Bethesda, MD for medical school. Throughout my life I have grown up with dogs, which included a German Shepard/mixed Keeshond and a Great Pyrenees. I'm considered the "cool aunt" to my brother's pug and I love to shower her with cuddles and treats. To be honest, when I dog sit for her, I treat her like she's my child. I have years of experience dog sitting friends' pooches and would love to to have the opportunity to care for your dog! Available for walks or drop-in visits - I do live near trails so your dog will have ample opportunities for adventurous walks throughout the Wauwatosa area. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions! I will be doing med school full time and can be flexible when I’m not required on campus. I also love my dog therapy and getting in a good exercise with my pooch friend. I first make sure the dog is comfortable with me. This is best done with the owner present so the dog feels at ease and I can learn the individual needs/preferences for your pup. I also send many photos of your dog so you can get a live update!
Wauwatosa pet parents share their Rover experiences
Cosmo was in really great shape. Emily gave lots of feedback, and really eased my concerns. Cosmo had Diarrhea when she started taking care of him, but Emily was very good at taking care of him, and he was fine when we got home. She was great at giving me updates.

Jill was extremely kind and professional. My cat is honestly pretty rude to sitters. Jill was great at noticing her body language, giving my cat her space, and even finding her when she managed to get into an unusual hiding space. She's a great and reliable caregiver for your pets!

Kaitlin was amazing! She took great care of our kitties while we were out of town. Her communication was stellar. She took the initiative to bring in some mail and a package that snuck through before we asked her to. Highly recommended! We would definitely book with Kaitlin again!
Liz is so sweet & follows directions very well! Our two boys absolutely love her as she goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of while we are out of town. I was so happy Liz was available to watch them as she knows their routine and always willing to help more if needed. Cannot recommend enough!

Nicole was excellent! When she came for the meet and greet, she asked excellent questions to really get to know our girls and set expectations. She was calm and let our girls come to her. Then, when she came for the visit, she took excellent care of our kitties and was able to pill our calico successfully! Throughout the whole experience she communicated super well, which is something that we value. We will absolutely recommend and rebook!! Thanks Nicole!
