About: I have been pet sitting since I was about 10 years old. You see, I desperately wanted a cat or a dog and my parents decidedly did not. So they enlisted all of their friends to ask me to pet sit whenever they left town in hopes that picking up poop and scooping litter boxes would dissuade me. It did not. If you have a fenced backyard, I'll scoop the poop in the whole yard when the dog is doing their business and then play with them in their favorite style of play. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
