In the past even when I have spent the extra money for someone to stay 60 minutes they have only stayed maybe 10 to clean the litter box then leave before even acknowledging my cats. Angela stayed the full time and gave them lots of attention and play time:) She was very thorough and made sure she had all the information she needed. You can tell she’s a genuine person who truly cares about animals. She was also super accommodating when my other sitter fell through the night before I left. She even facilitated me interrupting her pedicure on her birthday so I could get my keys to her! I’m so glad I found her and I will definitely be using her again!!”

At home, my dogs are separated during meals and when given chews. I use gates or kennels when needed to provide structure, downtime, or simply give everyone a break. Lisa did an amazing job taking care of our 2 cats while we were gone for 2 weeks. She took the time to meet our cats beforehand and confirm that she’d be able to administer oral medication to one of them during our trip. She also took great care of our home and cleaned up litter that I know our messy cats spilled outside of their litter boxes and also played with them during their visits (which she took pictures of and I very much appreciated while we were gone!). Overall amazing experience with Lisa, will definitely book with her again in the future!
I would highly recommend MacKenna! I booked her for twice-daily drop-ins to feed and play with my senior, grumpy cat, and he warmed up to her right away. She communicated consistently, sent great updates, and provided excellent care throughout the entire stay.
Emma is the best! There’s honestly only positive things I could say, she is so easy to communicate with and the genuine care for my dog she has is obvious! Julia was great! She accepted a sitting request from us on short notice which was really appreciated. She came over to meet our Toast so she could meet him and we could see them interact. Toast had a great time when they met and I can tell from the pictures she took during the drop-in that Toast had fun! We’re so glad Julia took such great care of our boy in the hour she came to watch him! :)
My first time using sara to watch my cats, over the thanksgiving week, with no problems. She was very sweet towards them, and did an excellent job, taking care of them.
