About: Growing up my family owned a welsh springer spaniel. He was one of my best friends. I felt the same excitement he did when I walked in our front door to his excited jumping. After 13 years, he passed away of old age. Since then I have wanted to get a dog of my own, but I’m waiting until my husband and I get a house to take that step. In the meantime, I love caring for other family dogs. This is a super fun side job for me. I love all types of dogs, have experience with senior dogs, and am happy to care for more than one pet from the same home (whether they be cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, etc.). If your dog is nervous around new people, I will make sure to give them the care, attention, and space that they need. I always give frequent potty breaks, feed them at their regular time, and am very careful around doorways (so no one runs off on any solo adventures!). I always do an initial home visit with my husband so I can meet your pets before setting up a first booking with a new customer. I send great picture updates, so hopefully you won’t miss your dog too much. You will undoubtedly love how passionate I am about keeping your pet in a safe, loving environment while you are away.
