I have been around dogs my entire life. My parents had a total of 5 dogs growing up, all of whom were mixed breed large dogs with different personalities and different needs for their care. For three years, I was the primary caretaker for my parents’ senior dogs when they were out of town, and required special attention and care. I have experience with dogs of all different backgrounds. I have taken care of dogs with behavioral issues, old dogs, sick dogs, and any other kind under the sun. I also briefly volunteered as a dog walker with the Wisconsin Humane Society. I have lived with and become secondary caretaker to four different cats at various points for the better part of the past seven years as well, so I am very experienced with cat care and how to manage a home with both dogs and cats in it.

I live on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood that your dog will surely love exploring. I live right by the lakefront, parks, and several other recreation areas to explore with your pet. I have two cats, but our large and spacious apartment has plenty of opportunity to section off and separate pets if need be while still allowing them to have their own comfort and space. If you welcome me into your home, I will surely be clean and respectful while also maximizing my time with your pet and making them feel love and attention while their human is away. I take dogs out several times a day, including at least an hour long walks depending on their energy levels. For senior dogs and sick dogs, I ensure I know the nuances and quirks of their daily routines and needs to make you feel as comfortable as you can leaving your pet with me.

Our dog loves Jessica! She has easy to contact and schedule with walks. Our pup can be challenging to walk but Jessica is a pro and patient.
Jessica was fantastic! She helped us out immensely during our first week with our new puppy, stating with our pup at our apartment when we needed to go back to work. She was super responsive and attentive. Looking forward to booking with her again for future puppy care needs!
Jessica is our favorite sitter! When I pick Mickey up from a stay with Jessica, he is happy and tired from his walks with her, in a very good way. She is so kind and gentle with him, I know my senior pup is in very good hands.
Jessica did a great job. Louie (the dog) loves her and was happy and content when we got home. Pictures and walk report Jessica sent to us was very helpful. Takes the worry out of being away. Definitely hope to use her again.
Yesterday was the first time walking our dog. Jessica communicated when she would arrive, when walking our dog, where they walked and shared photos of our dog taking a walk. I was out of town and felt very confident that Jessica was taking good care of our dog. We will have Jessica take care of Louie, our dog, again.
Jessica takes my high energy puppy on good long walks. She makes an effort to get her clean before heading out too which is appreciated.

Schedule
I am fully employed, but I work remotely from home so I have lots of flexibility during the day to spend with your pet. I am also able to stay in your home full time if I have a dedicated workspace.
