“We had Karsyn as our first EVER Rover and she was amazing!! We are stage 5 clingers and hadn’t left our 2 year old puppy overnight before so we were extremely nervous about doing so. Karsyn put all of our concerns at ease with her very first visit. She sent a dozen or more photos/videos and stayed extremely communicative throughout updating us on how our bashful puppy was doing. She continued to do this throughout the next few days, never failing to send tons of photos and videos; we could tell that our pup was having a blast with her! We looked forward to every “Rovercard” she would send on how our puppy was doing. We are so thankful for Karsyn taking extra care of our little puppy and will absolutely be reaching out to her for any future needs. Thank you Karsyn!! Our little furry friend misses you!!”

He helped us during such a tough time with our big 60 pound Collie, Maggie, with a hurt leg - even carrying her up and down the stairs (from the 2nd floor) with ease and so much care Maggie didn’t even mind at all. He was so gentle and kind with her and a great listener (and good advice) given her current challenging medical situation! I would highly recommend Hughes without a doubt - we already booked him to come back a bunch of times!”
