I am a true animal lover at heart! My family always owned dogs growing up, I adopted my own, Bear, in 2017 and my cat Luna (aka Tuna) in 2021. After recently losing Bear unexpectedly, I’m hoping to help heal my heart and get some puppy love by offering walks and drop-in visits to your babies! Prior to adopting Luna, I offered in-home boarding for many years through Rover. Unfortunately she’s not a fan of having other dogs around, otherwise we’d still be offering that service. I also worked at a doggy daycare during college because I loved dogs so much, and I wanted to spend time with them even though I couldn't get one at the time. This obviously provided me with lots of experience in handling multiple dogs! I promise to love your furbaby like my own and provide lots of pictures and updates :)

As some who believes that pets are family, I promise to do everything in my power to keep your pets safe under my care. When I have hired Rover services myself, I love to receive lots of pictures and updates from my sitters, so I promise to do the same for you!

We always know our girl is in good hands while Val is watching her! Bear is a great playmate for our energetic pup :) it’s great to have a go to dog watcher that we can always trust and rely on!
Bogey loved his time with Valerie and Bear! He’s so tuckered today (the day after we picked him up), which definitely tells us he had a lot of fun playing with his new friends!
Valerie did a great job taking care of Piper and giving us updates along the way! She loved her dog Bear and has a new best friend, thanks Valerie!!!
We love Val and Bear! Our dog feels like a member of their extended family!

Schedule
I work remotely on Monday/Thursday/Friday so I’m available for drop-ins or walks during the workday! Would love to arrange regular services over lunch time.

- What are their daily routines? Preferences on food, toys, play styles, etc. All breeds welcome! Do they have any food/toy guarding tendencies? Any issues with children? We walk near a park most days! Do you ever allow them off leash? How do they behave around cats?
