My love for dogs started from a young age. I grew up with 2 dogs my whole life. Once I was on my own I got my dog, Ozzy. After 14 year together, he sadly passed away and so watching other people’s dogs is our way of having that void filled until we are ready to get another one of our own. I am an active and playful person so it is never an issue getting dogs out to the dog park or for long walks. Is your dog more of the chill and relax kind? That's perfect as well! I have watched many different breeds (Golden Retriever, Golden Doodle, Basset Hounds, English Bulldogs, Setters, Labs, mixed, etc) with different activity levels and a wide range of personalities. Whatever the breed or the temperament - we’d love them to come stay with us!

Amy and her fiancé were great with Brody! They were able to watch him for us last minute and were super flexible with dropping him off and picking him up! They really took the time to show us around where he would be staying and getting to know him and his schedule/tendencies/etc. We felt very comfortable leaving him with them and they were so genuine with their care! Absolutely would recommend and use again!

Schedule
I work remotely and at a minimum with boarding, will get the dogs out for a 15 minute walk in the morning and a 30 minute walk at night (flips when it’s too hot in the summers). On weekends we go for long walks in the mornings! If you are needing more frequency in bathroom break, that is usually not a problem but please let me know in advance. If you are looking for doggy daycare, we can go over your dogs needs to know what works depending on pick up/drop off time.

We like for all pets staying to feel safe and loved on. That just means whatever they are wanting to do, we are up for it!
A typical day
Lots of time for sniffing! I try to have 1 or 2 walks that are long (at least 30 mins) that is their time. If they want to spend the time rolling in the grass or sniffing a single tree, I let them do that! I believe that a dogs energy will dictate what the walk will be.
