Hi! I'm Nikki, a traveling teacher with a passion for exploring the world and building relationships. I've created my own tutoring business where I offer beginner Spanish lessons for kids and also assist families enrolled in virtual learning. I spend the summer and fall living in Milwaukee, WI close to family and friends, but once Jack Frost starts creeping in I head towards warmer weather. While my nomadic lifestyle does not allow me to have a pet of my own right now, I take great pride in being able to care for the pets of others. Growing up, my days were spent playing with and caring for animals. We had goats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, and a wiener dog who I trained to do dog agility. Nowadays, I'm the go to dog and cat sitter for family and friends when they need someone to watch their pets. I have experience caring for puppies and kittens as well as senior pets and feel comfortable administering medications if needed.

I find that pets tend to be much more comfortable in their own environment, especially when meeting a new person! I am pretty proud of my ability to quickly build rapport with the pets I am sitting and really do want them to transition easily while you are away. I'm a clean and organized individual so you can rest assured your pets, plants, and overall home will be in good hands while you're away.

Nikki was amazing!!! I felt like I could truly enjoy my vacation knowing my pup was in such good hands. She sent lots of picture and videos which I really appreciated!! My pup was so happy when I came home, seemed like he had the best time! :)
Nikki was fantastic! Took the extra effort to make our furry babies feel loved. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. It’s scary to leave your furry babies with someone that you don’t know. She put our minds at ease and we had no doubt that they were well taken care of. She also made the extra effort to put our garbage and recycle bins out that was not required. 😊 She just did it. We will definitely utilize her in the future. 💕
Nikki was a life saver for my anxious Pomeranian! The owner of the ARBNB complained my dog barked when we left( I did not know my dog barked or that the owner lived on premises). I had Nikki another time we visited for Wi State Fair last year and I had peace of mind. She is the best pet sitter you could ever have! She sends pictures too!
Nikki was an amazing sitter for our pup! She had great communication throughout the entire process, and made me feel very at ease during our time away. Nikki was a gracious house guest as well. 10/10 would book again!
Nikki is the best! She took amazing care of our dogs and house and sent updates regularly. We felt so confident with our pups in her care!
Nikki was amazing! There are no words to describe how professional, communicative, respectful, and kind she was. My boys absolutely loved her and we did as well. She kept us posted all the time and went well beyond anything to make sure all our concerns were addressed even before we thought about them. During her stay, she had to take Murphy to the vet and she was absolutely amazing with it and communicating every step of the way. We will rebook her all the time.

Schedule
I'm a teacher who now works remotely! I have a pretty flexible teaching schedule with many breaks built in throughout the day. Sticking to a routine feeding schedule and letting dogs out to use the bathroom should not be an issue.
