About: Hi! I'm Seth. and I have over 30 years of experience caring for all kinds of animals. I am about to move back to California from Ann Arbor, Michigan. I will be available for pet care in the Santa Cruz area after August 21st. I'm comfortable with all dog breeds, all sizes and all ages. I am also capable of offering equine care. I'm patient, kind and maintain a tidy, safe, and relaxed environment, caring for your animals and your home, inside and out. I'm experienced with special care needs and up until I left Michigan was a daily volunteer at Starry Skies Equine Rescue and Sanctuary in Ann Arbor, providing gentle, attentive care to horses, mules, goats and cattle. Dogs & cats are my primary specialty, but I connect easily with all animals. I pet sit as a full time job and I will be seeking equine rescue volunteer opportunities to fill my availability. My availability is generally wide open. I do not have a "regular" job. I offer a true, full time pet sitting service. We will start with a 15-30 minute in-home meet and greet. Please provide a printed list detailing veterinary office/phone number, preferred emergency animal hospital, routines/routes, typical walk times and duration, and any helpful reminders that will help me in keeping your dog(s) and other animals safe and happy. A one time demonstration of your preferred feeding schedule/routine is a good idea, so if possible the meet and greet should be as close to this time as possible, allowing me to feed them will start the trust association into my care. Unfortunately, I'm not hosting any animals in my home at this time.

About: Throughout my younger years at home beginning in middle school, I have been the neighborhoods pet sitter. Whether it was dog walking, cat sitting, and even duck sitting, I was always happy to help. Growing up I always had a special place in my heart for animals. I had everything ranging from a tortoise to a pet rabbit and of course a dog. Growing up in Santa Cruz, I have always enjoyed having an active lifestyle and love getting outside with both high-energy dogs and senior pets who need a slower pace. As someone who played multiple sports all throughout High School, I have become especially good at my time management skill's especially when others are relying on me. As a second-year Agriculture Business student at Cal Poly, I am a dependable, organized, and committed person who takes jobs seriously. You can expect clear communication, updates with both texts and photos, and someone who will give your pet not just the exercise, but also all the love and attention they need to keep them happy and safe. With a shorter Summer this year, I have a ton of free time and am open to dog walking, house sitting, or if needed just drop-in visits. I am available on pretty much all weekdays as well as all day on weekends. Anytime you need a helping hand you can count on me to be there. During walks your pets safety and comfort is my top priority. I always stay aware of my surroundings especially if your dog is more sensitive to others I will make sure to cross the street or do what’s needed to keep your dog in the best hands possible. I also adjust my pacing based on your dogs energy and comfort levels. I am also comfortable handling big or strong dogs keeping them securely leashed unless instructed otherwise. For drop-in visits or house sitting I always follow instructions carefully making sure to go over anything with you I am not 100% sure about before I begin, in order to maintain your pets routine and minimize stress on your pet. I also respect your home and property as if it were my own and will provide consistent updates and photos so you feel comfortable and confident in your pets safety. I just got done with my Freshman year at Cal Poly and have a ton of time this Summer for dog walking and/ or dog sitting. I take my dog on daily beach walks and hikes as well as throw him the ball daily. I am more than willing to stay at my clients house and take care of their pets.

About: I’m a proud owner of a crazy dog and a wannabe independent cat, and I’ve been pet sitting for most of my neighbors, taking their dogs on walks, and making sure all of their animals are fed and have had some time to play! I love all animals and I can handle anything from the most energetic puppy to a grumpy cat. I’m something of a pet whisperer I’m currently in highschool, so my scheduling for the next couple months is Monday-Thursday after 1:45pm, Fridays after 12:15, Saturdays after 3:15, and anytime Sunday I can stop by once a day or multiple times a day depending on what is desired in order to feed, check on water, take on walks, or just to get some play time in. Also super down to just keep your pets company for a while, because I know some of them miss their people.

About: My name is Jana and I am a big time animal lover! I grew up with alaskan malamutes, hermit crabs, freshwater fish, and currently have 2 cats (Mactavish and Charley). I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, with specifics in senior and large dogs. I currently am on summer break and not working, so my availability is open and super flexible! I am free from 7am-8pm Sunday-Friday! Because I have cats that live at my home, I cannot offer boarding. However, I am happy to do drop-ins at your home. I am always very respectful of the places I visit and can offer whatever care your pet needs.

About: I have had animals growing up my whole life. I love all types of animals and love being outside! Whether it’s a dog or a cat or even a bunny, I’ve had experience with them all. :) I am free early mornings, midday between 12-30pm and overnight. I have work from 4-10pm most days but free all day on Mondays and Tuesdays. I currently have no animals living at home. I have a backyard that is fenced off with a grass lawn. I am a quick walk to the beach.
