About: I love dogs and I love taking them out and about on walks! I have taken care of many dogs from the age of 2 to 16. My most recent experience includes taking care of senior dogs. I am currently a teacher on summer break so I have lots of time on my hands to dog sit and take dogs on walks! I take care of pets in clients homes by ensuring the dog has all of its needs met. I always make sure to spend extra quality time with the dog if I noticed that it is feeling sad that its owners are away.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. I have owned and cared for two dogs, including one who lived to the remarkable age of 22. My current dog is 15 years old and still acts like a puppy, giving me valuable experience caring for both senior dogs and energetic companions. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I have been dog sitting for friends and neighbors since I was around 13 or 14 years old. Over the years, I have gained experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and maintaining their regular routines while their owners are away. My schedule varies week to week depending on how many lessons are booked. That means I will have lots of time to hang out and take care of your dogs! I live in a nice neighborhood with a spacious backyard that is fenced in with a mix of astroturf and small rocks. I also have a shed in the back where the dogs can hang out when it is either raining or when it is super hot outside. It is a perfect hangout spot for your dogs to enjoy!

About: I've taken care of my own dog since she was 4 months and have gone through obedience and behavior training with her! I've taken care of family pets including cats. I have experience working in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant and in kennels and worked with many cats and dogs. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so being around them has always come naturally to me. I have a puppy of my own right now and a big cane corso. I’ve cared for both puppies and senior dogs and understand that they all have different needs. I also volunteered at the SPCA for about two years, where I got experience working with lots of different dogs. I genuinely love being around animals and will make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Pet care fits really easily into my weekly routine. I have a part-time job with a very flexible schedule, and I take my college courses online, so I’m able to plan my days around pet care without any issues. This gives me plenty of time to do walks, drop-ins, or overnight care and make sure each pet gets attention and consistency. I’m able to adjust my schedule when needed, which helps me be reliable and available for both regular and last minute requests. About: I currently have a pet cat and dog. I've had them for two years. I understand that both are completely different and have different needs. I'm able to work well with both (: I make sure to take my dog on daily walks as well as giving her baths when needed. I also set aside time for quality time / cuddle / play time for my pets every day. In my home, our pets are treated like family members. Their safety is very important to me. I make sure they get their exercise in, stay clean, eat well, and get the attention they need!

About: This is my first time on this app, but I’ve had plenty of dog walking/dog sitting experience from when I was younger. I used to take care of all the neighborhood dogs so I am used to being around and taking care of all sorts of dog types. I love dogs with a passion and will be the best walker you’ve ever had. About: I have exhibited compassion for animals of all shapes and sizes throughout my life. During my childhood I frequently volunteered with the ASPCA and participated in summer training programs. During my time at the ASPCA I learned dog walking safety and etiquette, as well as basic dog and cat behavioral knowledge. I have a very soft spot for senior pets. I had extensive time taking care of my elderly childhood cat, who lived to the age of 21. Additionally I have frequently cared for and helped walk elderly dogs of close friends, adapting to a pace and terrain that fit their needs. I am a UC Berkeley undergraduate student who will be living in Santa Cruz over the summer. I will be taking classes asynchronously, and have no other set commitments. The flexibility of my schedule will likely allow me to fit in the needs of your pets. For dog walking, I make sure each dog gets safe, attentive exercise tailored to their energy level, including proper leash handling, hydration, and cleanup. I also check for any behavioral changes and communicate updates to the owner after each walk. For cat sitting, I follow the cat’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, and providing playtime or companionship based on their desires. About: I’ve taken care of many types of animals my whole life, I care deeply for them and I highly value their health and well being. I’m experienced in taking care of dogs, cats, reptiles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rats. I know how to take care of both young and older animals. I work a full time morning job, but I’m off at 1pm so I’m available M-F after 1pm, but I’m available all day long Saturday and Sunday. I live in a very safe environment for pets, and I currently have two friendly puppies who would love another friend to spend time with. I will play with your dog, walk them, frequently take them to go bathroom, and I will be their companion all day long. If you just need me to come over and pick up your dog to walk and/or play, I’d love to do that too.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 15, always been watching pets for friends, family members or neighbors. I’ve always had such good experiences working with animals. I absolutely love them. In fact, I used to have pets of my own. I am eager to get on here and meet more lovely animals. This summer, I will be taking a chemistry course in Monterey. The course is five days a week Monday through Friday. I will be gone from 11:30 AM to at the latest 6 PM. I will be getting out of class at 4 PM but driving north from Monterey at that time, traffic can get hectic. My first day of this summer course is June 15th. And this course is only six weeks long. Currently fully booked for pet sitting the month of June but can do drop in visits. I have more availability for the month of July. August is another busy month for me as well. Pet sitting is fully booked but can still do drop in visits or dog walks. Fall semester starts for me August 24th. if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I will be taking your fur baby on plenty of walks. Especially if you don’t have a fence in yard. Exercise is important to me.
