During walks your pets safety and comfort is my top priority. About: I’ve been around pets my whole life I’ve been responsible for bathing, walking and feeding them. I have had many pets of all sizes and ages I’m currently attending college online so I have plenty of time to pay attention to your pets throughout the week. One day she sensed, correctly, that Breezy was a little tired and didn’t want to go for a long walk. After texting me to ask if it was ok, she hung out in the yard and brushed sweet, tired Breezy and the pictures she sent made me jealous😂. Celeste will always be 1st on my list of dog walkers.
Sandra was wonderful with my sweetheart tank of a dog...It was their first visit together and I could tell it was a good match. Sandra took my dog for a long walk and knew how to stop her pulling as well as allowed her to sniff. Sandra communicated very well and I'm sure I'll ask for her help again.
Anna was wonderful in taking my dog, Haley, for walks when I was laid up with an issue with my foot. Anna let me know when she was on the way over, very on time, super nice upon meeting, great with introducing to my dog Haley and engaging with Haley, very sweet. Troy did such an awesome job caring for our dog, Diesel. Every day that Troy hung out with Diesel he was totally pooped by the end of the day which was extremely helpful as someone who works full time. Troy was communicative and accommodating to our needs. I couldn't recommend him more!!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
