About: Hello! I’ve spent years taking care of pets of my own, as well as for friends, neighbors, on Rover and Trusted Housesitters. I’ve looked after big and small dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, and kids of all ages. I really love being around animals and getting to know their different personalities. They always bring so much joy and fun energy. I take caring for other people’s pets as a big responsibility and always want them to feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. My past references have said kind things about my reliability, communication, and the care I give to their pets, which means a lot to me. I’m always happy to send photo or video updates so you can see how your pets are doing. I know how much peace of mind that can bring. I’d love the chance to meet your pets and make sure they’re well taken care of while you’re gone. 🐾 I am generally available Sat-Sun, and on weekdays after 4:30pm. Currently, I work at an elementary school from 8-4:30pm Mon-Fri every week. Outside of my work hours, my availability is very flexible. My services include drop-ins and in-home care such as feeding, walking, and brushing pets, but I’m also happy to help with any other needs to keep them comfortable and happy.

About: I grew up having a German Shepherd, but since it was a family pet I did not consider those as years in pet care. However, 3 years ago I got my own dog. I am certain I can take care of a puppy and older. I know the amount attention and care a dog needs on top of staying on track with my schedule. I recently graduated UCSC and currently focusing building my resume and finding a job in the area. About: I’m a 21 year old college graduate looking to fulfill her hopes of pet setting once again! Being a full time student meant busy weeks, leaving no time for pet care. Something I actively did before transferring to UCSC. But with this newfound, post-graduate freedom, I’m eager to get back into the gig. Besides caring for my own kitties, I’ve worked with 7 clients over the past four years. All of which have been dog sitting gigs, with one job including an additional 3 cats (if that makes sense haha). And in my time as a sitter I’ve had four consistent clients. Additionally, I’m more than willing to sit for most dogs/ cats regardless of age, size, energy level, etc. It is my job (and such a privilege) to ensure their needs are met! Worth a mention - I’ve not had any experience in pet training, but I’m committed to being the best companion to the little loves! I can’t wait to connect with you and your fur-babies! About: My entire family love animals so I have had a variety of pets throughout my life. I have had fish, a dog, a cat, and a turtle! I love pets and I would love to help others with theirs!!! I dog sit for my family members when they need me to. As a student I have a lot of flexibility in my day to day schedule to take care of pets! My longest classes are an hour and half. I make sure there’s spaces in my schedule to have time to check in on the pets I’m caring for. I care for pets in a very caring way, I am very patient and calm. I try to feel the pets vibe so I match their energy and not overwhelm them. I would say I am also a very playful person if the pet is open to play.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, big and small alike all my life. I grew up with a boxer and a golden retriever in the home so I’m accustomed to the joy of having pets in the house. More recently I’ve pet sat for families who have homes in Europe, and would go visit during the holidays. I’ve been caring for this elderly dog in particular for over 10 years. He’s a sweet tempered dog but takes medicine everyday so I’ve become well adept at hiding his meds inconspicuously to get him to eat it without any problems. I also love working with puppies and find that caring for younger dogs is a lot of fun, and is exciting too! I love aussies, border collies, and spaniels but find that I can get along with just about any breed. I’m the type of person to always stop to ask to pet your dog on walks, and love showering dogs with affection and love. One of my favorite past times, is letting a dog run free off leash, and play frisbee with him or her. I’d love to provide loving, friendly, and fun care to your furry friend and I look forward to our first paw-shake! Currently in school, but available after and before classes start-and free on weekends! I’m in school, but I have plenty of time to run around and meet your pets. I would look forward to days pet sitting, or walking, and would love to meet you and your pets! I care for pets mainly in your home, I find it easiest because some pets can get flustered in new environments. I strive to get to know them and build trust by being in their home turf to see all their favorite toys, and where they feel most comfortable. About: Caring for animals has always been part of my life. I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, including dogs, cats, birds with feathers, fish with fins, and even those with scales. That early exposure gave me a deep comfort and appreciation for animals of every personality and species. I am recently retired, which gives me the flexibility to be fully present and available for pet care when needed. My schedule allows me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, overnights, and extended stays without the constraints of a traditional workday. This flexibility means your pets receive consistent attention, timely care, and a calm, unhurried presence while you are away. When caring for pets in my home, they become part of an active, dog-friendly neighborhood with plenty to explore. I live just 1.5 blocks from the beach and close to great walking spots like Arana Gulch, the park at the end of Schwan Lake, and a nearby dog park only minutes away. Dogs in my care enjoy fresh air, fun walks, and plenty of playtime balanced with calm downtime at home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routines so they feel safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

About: Over the course of my life I have owned, raised and cared for dogs (Husky + Pitbull mutt, Lab and Chihuahua), chickens, quail, fish, lizards and cats. I'm very organized when it comes to scheduling, I've attached a screenshot of my weekly schedule from January1 - March 20th. I'll have my schedule for April-June posted by the end of March. I'm constantly updating my available times on the app and will stay in communication if scheduling problems come up. I'm a very flexible person as well, I usually don't mind driving if locations change or re-scheduling. Any pet in my care will have my utmost attention and loads of affection, and I welcome your detailed instructions as to how you’d like your pet cared for. I'm very conscious about having a safe environment, making sure any trash or choking hazards are out of reach, as well as closely monitoring outside time.
