A typical day
I love keeping pets active, engaged, and happy! For dogs, I focus on both physical and mental stimulation. We’ll go on walks, take time to explore all the interesting smells, play games like fetch or rope tug, and of course, enjoy some belly rubs and affection. For cats, I tap into their natural hunting instincts with interactive play like wand toys, feathers and chasing balls and thrown toys. Whether it’s a game of chase or a cozy cuddle session, I always tailor activities to match each pet’s energy level and personality. My goal is to make sure they’re not just cared for, but truly enjoying their time while you're away!

Pet care experience
I grew up with both cats and dogs, which gave me early experience with daily pet care. This included feeding, walking, grooming, and playtime. Over the years, I’ve provided pet sitting for friends and neighbors while they were on vacation, caring for a variety of pets and making sure they felt comfortable and loved while their owners were away. Playing and spending time with animals is something that brings me a lot of joy. I understand the importance of giving pets the attention, care, and affection they need to feel safe and happy.

Rachel did a great job!
Rachel was fantastic! She stopped by our house for 5 days in a row to care for our kitties. She sent updates each day, and our kitties really enjoyed her! This was the longest we’ve left them for with drop ins, but everything went smooth and we couldn’t have been happier with Rachel. Highly recommended!
Rachel was great! We needed cat care on really short notice, and she was quick to respond, really communicative, and took great care of our cats when we were away. She obviously has a lot of love for animals and we would definitely book with her again.
