About: I love dogs and I love taking them out and about on walks! I have taken care of many dogs from the age of 2 to 16. My most recent experience includes taking care of senior dogs. I am currently a teacher on summer break so I have lots of time on my hands to dog sit and take dogs on walks! I take care of pets in clients homes by ensuring the dog has all of its needs met. About: Experienced dog owner and sitter. Studied dog psychology to become a good dog parent. Had two female spaniels who passed earlier this year. We used to compete in dog frisbee and hunt. Also have experience working in a grooming salon, as well as walking and boarding various size dogs - from labs and German shepherds to Jack Russel terriers and mini Aussies. Additionally at no cost I can provide basic behavioural training and teach new tricks - I love to communicate with dogs of any breed and move in one rhythm with them. And I really feel their needs and able to connect with dogs of all ages. I can board puppies and older dogs, take them for a walk someplace new and play ball or frisbee. But safety and well-being is my main focus and if your dog doesn't want too much activity, I can provide a more mellow experience, too. Available on weekdays and weekends but please make appointments at least 2 days in advance. I would love to meet your furry friend! I'm working remotely from home part-time, so have lots of time to spend with doggies. I'm available both weekends and weekdays and rarely leave home for more than a couple hours, so your dog won't be alone for too long. I have a fenced backyard and deck, and two mellow spaniels to keep your doggo company. I also have a crate where your pet can rest if needed.

About: Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! Let's start at the beginning: My mother was a vet tech, so I basically grew up around animals. I've been dog sitting/walking for friends and family since I was 16 and have always found it to be a rewarding experience. This past year I became certified as a dog trainer in an effort to expand my knowledge of animal behaviors. About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. I have owned and cared for two dogs, including one who lived to the remarkable age of 22. My current dog is 15 years old and still acts like a puppy, giving me valuable experience caring for both senior dogs and energetic companions. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I have been dog sitting for friends and neighbors since I was around 13 or 14 years old. I work from home, taking frequent walks and breaking to play and snuggle. I work remote taking frequent walks with Toby (My 17lb terrier) throughout the day. Our backyard offers a sunny, warm patio perfect for lounging, as well as ample space for Toby and any visiting pets to enjoy a game of fetch. Our home is designed with our furry companions in mind. Toby and guests have full access, especially cozy spots on the couch and bed. The thoughtful layout, with distinct rooms, facilitates separate feeding times and private retreats when needed. A large assortment of toys encourages play, and fresh water and treats are always within reach. Toby especially enjoys sunny afternoons on the patio and invigorating games of fetch in our secure, fully fenced yard, with plenty of room for lounging and play. Toby is a sweet, excellently socialized and confident pup. He is used to canine and human guests, and shares his space, toys and food willingly. If your baby loves to play, Toby will keep them occupied for hours.

About: This is my first time on this app, but I’ve had plenty of dog walking/dog sitting experience from when I was younger. I have had 3 dogs myself, the last one being a bully breed who taught me a great deal of how to work with dogs who require high management. She was conscientious and asked great questions about her needs both during the pre stay walk/meet and greet, and before/during her stay. I heard from Lauren daily (per my request when she asked how frequent I wanted texts and pictures), and she took Millie on daily walks, the beach/river for swimming and fetch after sticks, and paid attention to how to get her settled and comfortable. Millie was very comfy there, had fun, and walked right back in when we arrived! What a blessing. Millie was worn out and calm when we came, too- such a relief as she is normally very high energy. Lauren also communicated her schedule realistically and was on time and efficient, giving us info needed to drop off and pick up, and accommodated us during her visitor staying there, which she told us ahead of time. I love dogs and walking and working with them. Bringing dogs out to enjoy our amazing area while their owners are busy is an ideal situation for all. My availability is generally until 2pm M-F. One day notice is fine, although I would prefer a set routine with each client. Two enclosed patios. Short walk to dog park. I do not intended to house dogs, but in an emergency situation with the right clients, a safe environment is available.
