About: I have decades of experience caring for all kinds of pets, both my own and for friends. I've always really loved animals and grew up volunteering at animal shelters and clinics. That resulted in me adopting and owning many pets throughout my life, including 3 dogs, a cat, a rabbit, a duck, 2 parakeets, 2 gerbils and approximately 28 hamsters (oops). I currently don't have any pets of my own and really miss having furry companions. I would be glad to help care for yours! I work remotely and will be able to spend a lot of time with your pets at home. My schedule is generally flexible so I can also accommodate special requests along with your communication/updating preferences. I'm very active and would be all too happy to have any furry friends on my daily walks. I'm also generally a really clean, tidy and organized person, with a green thumb if you have plants. I will treat your pets and home with care as if they were my own. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all. I am available all days of the week and can do overnights in your home. I'm a fully remote worker with a flexible part-time schedule so I can accommodate most types of pet care I'm a fully remote worker with a flexible part-time schedule so I can accommodate most types of pet care, along with your preferred level of communication and updates. Being remote and flexible means I can provide a high level of care, presence and playtime for your pets. I also don't do drop-in visits, only housesits, so your pets would be my only petsitting focus. My primary vehicle is a small newer RV campervan so I can sleep either in your home or in my RV (which is less than 20 feet long, fits in one regular parking spot, does not require any utilities from the house). Off-street parking would be preferred.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my combination of experience, reliability, and genuine love for animals. I have hands-on experience with a wide range of pets, including puppies who are still learning basic commands and routines, as well as senior dogs who require a little extra patience, medication management, and gentle care. I understand the unique needs that come with each stage of a pet’s life and adjust my approach to make them feel comfortable and secure. I’m also comfortable administering oral and topical medications and monitoring pets for signs of distress or discomfort. As someone with a special needs dog at home, I know how hard it can be to leave them and feel confident they are getting their needs met. Above all, I treat every pet like they’re my own—with attention, kindness, and a focus on their well-being. I prioritize clear communication with pet owners to ensure peace of mind while they’re away. Pet care IS my entire life. My life revolves around my dog (Steven). Thankfully, my wife works from home and can take care of him while I give your best friend the attention they deserve. I sincerely believe your pet deserves to feel loved and cared for while you’re away and that’s my goal. Pet care is how I start and end my day. I don’t just provide the bare minimum, I go above and beyond to make your dog feel at ease. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in my client’s home, my top priority is creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment tailored to each pet’s needs and routine. In my home: I provide a pet-friendly, secure space with plenty of room to play, rest, and feel at ease. I maintain a consistent schedule for feeding, walks, and potty breaks, and I make sure pets get plenty of love, exercise, and one-on-one attention. I always ask for detailed care instructions ahead of time so I can keep their routine as normal as possible. I also offer separate areas for pets who may need personal space or quiet time. In a client’s home: I respect and follow the pet’s usual routine closely—from feeding and walks to medications and bedtime rituals. I keep the home tidy, provide regular updates, and treat the space with the same care and respect I would my own. I also offer light housekeeping related to pet care, such as cleaning up pet areas and bringing in mail. No matter the setting, my goal is to make pets feel loved and secure while giving their owners peace of mind.
