About: Hi! I’m Lauren — a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience training and caring for my own family dog. I’m in the Navy and I live in a cozy, pet-friendly apartment quad plex with access to plenty of walking paths, which makes it easy to give dogs the exercise and attention they deserve. I treat every dog like my own and love getting to know their unique personalities! I’m currently in school so I am available weekends and most week days. My busiest class days are Tuesday and Thursday but I am mostly home and available for pet care! I live in a clean, dog-friendly apartment near the Pacific Grove path and grassy areas. Dogs will get plenty of walks and outdoor time throughout the day. Inside, they’ll have a comfy space to rest, water available at all times, and lots of cuddles and attention.

Denise made Coco feel comfortable and slowly introduced another dog she was caring for which made Coco happy. She took her on a walk to get the nervous energy out and Coco settled in. Melissa did an amazing job taking care of my two small dogs, my puppy with separation anxiety, and a very energetic older dog. She kept me updated, and clearly took amazing care since neither of the dogs wanted to leave once the day was over :) it looks like they both had an amazing time playing and relaxing with the other dogs, and luckily not sitting all day in cages like another doggy day care we saw in the area. They were pooped by the time we picked them up. Melissa was able to help us out at on very very last minute request, and I’m so glad we found her. Will definitely book her again next time we’re in the Monterey area!
Kelly and her boys (and her dog Charlie) were the absolute best. From the moment we arrived we knew that Shadow was going to love it and we needn’t worry. Kelly sent tons of pics and videos describing their activities. I can’t imagine a better puppy-sitter and highly recommended Kelly. She also has a very peaceful property that is perfect for a nervous pet.
