I grew up with both cats and dogs and currently care for an adorable cat and puppy, so I’m very in tune with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I work from home, which means your pet will have lots of attention, care, and supervision throughout the day. I bring a calm, intuitive presence that helps pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime and a bit of training, or prefers a cozy day full of naps and cuddles, I tailor their care to what they enjoy most (usually a mix of both!). I live in a house with a large backyard, so there’s plenty of space to play. I also share my home with my loving boyfriend Ahmed, who is just as much of an animal lover as I am. Whether you’re traveling, working, or just need an extra hand, you can trust your pet will be in a safe, loving, and attentive environment the whole time. I work from home, so your pet will have company and care throughout most of the day alongside my own pets. If your dog enjoys walks or outings like the beach, I’d love to include them with mine. Otherwise, they’ll be relaxing at home in a calm, attentive environment and won’t be left alone for more than about an hour (if they’re comfortable with short periods of alone time). I make sure my pets get a healthy balance of play, structure, and rest. With my dog, I focus on plenty of playtime and ongoing training, which helps her burn energy and settle into naps while I work. My cat prefers a calmer routine and spends most of her day relaxing in her own space, but I always make time for snuggles and connection so she feels loved and secure. I’m very attentive to each pet’s needs and energy levels. If a dog becomes tired or overstimulated, I’m happy to crate them for a peaceful reset if that’s part of their routine. For cats, I create a cozy, quiet space where they can feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. There is plenty of room in our house and yard to create separate spaces for pets to have their own areas (for sleep, food, play, etc.) if that is what they prefer. ❤️
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other animals since I was 15 for my neighbor and I have loved it ever since. After that I started pet sitting and walking for any of my friends when they needed! About 2 years ago I got a dog of my own as well, he’s a black lab named talford so I’m great with big hyper dogs as well as any other dog with different personality! I also work at pacific pet treats and can help with any treats or item that can help your doggy! I’m currently working part time and I have a lot of time in my day to take care of pets as well as on the weekends! Weekend’s I’m usually working 5am so I’m done for the rest of the day after that! I have a huge backyard with only my black lab who uses all the space, he is very friendly and needs another doggo friend! There is plenty of safe toys and running space for your doggo! In my clients home I will be respectful and care for the dog per instructions as every dog is cared for in a different way! I will also take care of kitties!!
About: I have had dogs all of my life, all breeds and all ages. We are a family of 6, Mom, Dad, our 12 yr old daughter and our 3 fur babies. We dedicate our time to making them happy and live a full life. We have volunteered to foster puppies through the SPCA and pet sit for family as well. Our home is cozy with a good size backyard. All dogs would sleep indoors and have someone with them at all times since We work from home. We currently work from home so there will always be someone home with your pet. We can go for short or long walks a couple times per day and they have full access to to indoor and outdoor throughout the day. We have a fenced backyard and can separate rooms with baby gates if needed. There’s a doggy door in the garage to the backyard and two separate runners. We have a soon to be 5 yr old German shepherd, a 9 yr old rescue chihuahua and our old man a 10 yr old Shih Tzu. They are spayed/neutered and get along great with other dogs. You will have the option to have your pet sleep in the living room alongside our dogs or in a separate room.
About: There was never not a dog in my house growing up, so caring for dogs is second nature to me. Over the years I’ve taken care of everything from purebreds to mutts, and while I’ve always had a soft spot for rescues, I love all dogs equally and treat every one like family. About: I've taken care of all different sizes of dogs since I was 14! From King Charles Cavaliers, Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, to chihuahuas! I am home all day and able to take them on potty breaks as needed :) I'm currently on summer break from school so I am able to give your pets all the love and attention they may need! Having Marta take care of our pups during this trip to Monterey was such a relief. She took them to a local dog park, had toys ready, and made sure they had everything they needed to be happy and comfortable. My girls played so much that when they got home, they went straight to their naps. I really appreciated Marta’s communication, flexibility, and overall kindness.
