About: Although I have more cat experience, I would love the opportunity to become a dog sitter & work with diverse dog personalities. I have experience in the basic dog care such as feeding, walks, plays, and cleaning. I am eager to learn all routines and obligations that each dog owner would have for their pet. They were very kind and gentle with her and her shyness didn’t faze them. Buster my 8 year old terrier who is cautious around strangers, but a real gentleman, picked his spots to lay down and wait patiently and was calm when I arrived. Even though both dogs refused to eat while they were there for the day, I was very happy with the care given by this family. They really listened to me and followed my suggestions! About: There was never not a dog in my house growing up, so caring for dogs is second nature to me. Over the years I’ve taken care of everything from purebreds to mutts, and while I’ve always had a soft spot for rescues, I love all dogs equally and treat every one like family. I work primarily from home and have a very flexible schedule, which means I can offer plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. Since I’m home most of the time, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I know how important consistency is for pets, so I’ll always do my best to stick to their usual routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I live in a clean, quiet, pet-friendly home with my wife, who’s also a big animal lover. We don’t have kids or pets of our own, so we’re able to keep things calm and give your pet our full attention. Safety always comes first with me.
