“Such an amazing and pleasurable experience. I have a 10-year-old male German Shepherd that has hip problems. They're very accommodating and have given me updates regarding his status. Gabriel has been a dog trainer for decades. He knows dogs. He knows what they need and how to take care of them. I live about 25 miiles away from them, and even having closer options, I wouldn't have it any other way. I trust my boy's well-being in their hands, and I'd like to have that peace of mind knowing that he will be okay.”
About: I’ve been around dogs all my life. Friends have trusted me to walk, feed and play with them for many years. I recently lost two of my dogs, so my house feels empty and can sure use some tail wagging energy. I’m currently going to school full time, with many of my classes being online, I have plenty of time between classes to give your fur baby love. I have a fenced yard, with plenty of room to run around and play. I love to go on walks twice daily which can last about 30-55 minutes, your fur baby will love them too!
“Mike is the best person in the whole world! I would trust him with my life, he was so fantastic. After having our previously booked Rover sitter cancel on us the day of, we were so lucky to have found Mike! He was amazing with communication, updates, and the care of our dogs. He took them for so many walks, they were so tired by the time we picked them up and slept the whole 3 hours drive back home. We would leave our dogs with him again in a heartbeat!”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for the past 7 years from puppy stage to them being almost 7 and 8. One of my dogs is adopted, so I can provide a safe haven for dogs that don’t trust easily. I can do afternoon walks, or overnight care if needed. I have a home with a yard and enough space for them to play inside or outside. I have two dogs that I’ve had for almost 3 years and I care for them like they are my kids. So of course I’m a dog lover. I’m super attentive to everything especially a change in dogs behavior and I’m really big on communication because I know how stressful it can be when you’re traveling away from your pet. There is also a vet down the street from me that I take my dogs to in case anything ever happens. My dogs are both calm (I have a mutt and a corgi) and they love meeting new dogs. However, I can only do boarding at my place because of this reason.
“Fantastic sitter! Citali was attentive, followed all instructions, and truly helped my anxious dog feel at ease. I felt confident leaving my dog in her care, and he seemed happy and comfortable in her home. Highly recommend!”

“Jesse has taken good care of my pup and reassures me of how things went. Very easy to get a hold of, located in great area for walks, and my dog is always in the company of someone at home which is always nice. Definitely recommend!”

“Carol was an incredible sitter during our trip! We felt so fortunate to leave our beloved and somewhat spoiled mini golden doodle, Augie, in the hands of both Annabelle and Carol. Their warmth and genuine care made all the difference for him. Augie was so happy and well-fed during his stay, which is quite an achievement given his picky eating habits! We would absolutely choose Carol again if given the chance. She was incredibly responsible with our precious pup and even accommodated us by allowing a late pickup. Thank you, Carol, for providing such a loving space for our furry Baby!”

“Bridget took amazing care of Beau! She kept us updated every day, gave her lots of walks, playtime, and cuddles, and made her feel completely at home. Beau had such a fun and happy stay — we’d definitely book with Bridget again and recommend her to anyone on Rover! 💛🐾”

About: I have had a cat in my life since I was 5 years old. Almost all of them passed away from old age. The oldest was 17 years. For dogs, I was never able to have one growing up. We didn't have the room for one. But I have family members that had dogs and was able to help take care of them. I have dog sat for many years. During that time I would either pop in for a walk or stay with them for a few days. Now that I have a family, it's difficult to house/animal sit at other people's homes, but animals are always welcome in my home. When I am with your pet I do take pictures and send them to you. It gives the owners a peace of mind. I am currently not working. My days are filled with my 3 and 1/2-year-old daughter. I am showing her how to take care of animals. I take her to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am mostly home or going to walks or going to a park. I have a fenced yard and currently do not have a dog. I do have one cat that is mostly outdoors. I do have a medium size crate if your dog requires one. Animals are allowed on any of the furniture as long as it's not a table or a kitchen counter. I do have a small animal door leading to the backyard. I can close this off if need be.
“Maria and Gregory just took wonderful care of our dog Jasper. They were kind, attentive and made sure he got plenty of exercise together with their own dog. They sent daily photos, giving us the ability to know he was in safe hands and so we could relax and enjoy our trip. We had total peace of mind knowing Jasper was in a great home, and we will definitely book them again!”

“Samantha was very active with Zoe and kept me informed throughout her entire stay. Her flexibility made my trip stress free and it was nice knowing Zoe was doing good the whole time. I am so grateful to have found her and will use her again in the future.”

“Jayla was amazing with my puppy Hastings! I’m so glad we were able to get her as a last minute booking. She was very communicative by sending me pictures and updates of my puppy throughout the day. I loved how she took Hastings out on little adventures. I would definitely book her again!”

“Marion is fantastic. She took care of our puppy for 5 days. She was so careful and kind with him and thoughtful about making sure he was safe and happy. Honestly, I think he misses things at her house! We will gratefully use Marion’s services again. She’s a true animal-lover and wonderful person! Lucky to have found her.”

“Shannon was amazing with our two high energy pups! Shannon sent photos and videos, was very communicative and loved our pups like her very own! We will absolutely book with her again.”

“Christina was great! She was very accommodating of my last minute request, and flexible with shifting drop off/pick up times. Luca seemed very comfortable staying with her and we got a lot of great photos and updates.”

“Can’t express enough how WONDERFUL our experience was with Karina! She went above and beyond for our little 12 week old golden retriever. Sent us updates and pictures. Bathed her! Spoiled her with a lot of play time and her personal favorite, car rides!”
