I will follow your detailed feeding & medication instructions to the letter! I have many years of experience successfully caring for pets. Your pet will play with their own fav toys & have unlimited potty breaks in fenced yard, as well as get treats along the way. ***Best times for drop-off/pick up & meet-and-greet: anytime after 4:30pm Mon-Fri, and anytime Sat/Sun*** You are encouraged to send your dog’s fav blanket, dog-bed, crate or whatever will help your pet feel comfortable. There is plenty of room here to set up even an XXl crate or dog bed. Or, your dog can sleep on the couch! Either way they will be comfortable. In winter - electric blanket available on low setting. Yard: Solid 6-ft fence = totally secure, fully fenced yard. House: doggy door leading to fenced back yard is available. Totally fenced dog-run on site for fetch, evening zoomies. Screened front door provides extra barrier to outside.

I like to keep Ace inside because of the wildlife outside. I know cats are hunters but I feel as if his safety is 10x better and able to be observed, when he’s inside with me. He is on a great schedule when it comes to food and water and baths are a must! He’s spoiled rotten and has all the toys in the world. He has his own bed but somehow ends up with me every night- he’s very clingy. If I’m watching a bigger dog, Ace will usually sit and watch from a distance and mind his business. If I’m watching a smaller dog, Ace might want to sniff for a little bit then end up wanting to play! If he doesn’t like the dog, he’ll run off and hide or lay at a window by himself where he won’t get bothered. If your dog isn’t well with cats, I AM able to put Ace into another room where they can be separated for the time being :)

I attended the university last year and now I'm taking a gap year to get my financials in order, in state tuition, etc. so I can finish my degree. My girlfriend and I have been together 3 years and her parents have 17 and 20 years of experience in the animal field. If I were to be accepted to take care of your pet, I would use all of my tools and knowledge and my whole heart to show your furry kid love. Currently, I'm looking for any job so my schedule is wide open! Caring for your pet will be at the top of my list as soon as I hear I can take care of them. So I unfortunately would not be able to care for pets at my house for extended periods of time, as my place doesn't allow ownership of pets, but one night wouldn't hurt at all. Any pet I encounter I treat as if it were my own, and with that comes smothering them with love, and caring to meet their needs as a pup while to a certain degree, spoiling them!

She sent photos and updates, and I really appreciated that spent the whole 30 minutes trying to find Bella who wouldn't come out of hiding. She even walked around the neighborhood looking for Bella, and saw the cat that Bella doesn't like hanging out on my back fence. This explains why Bella wasn't interested in socializing. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
