Retired sitter ready to help!
I have had pets all my life and absolutely love them. My wife was once an animal technician at the SPCA so our house has been full of pets all our married life! As of now we do not have pets since we travel a bit. I am retired so I am usually home for most of the day. I still have a lot of energy! I love taking dogs out for walks so that isn’t a problem! I prefer dogs that are great on leashes and don’t pull too hard.

Mike & Lynne were so kind and helpful when my dogs stayed with them the past few days while I was out of town. They have a lovely home and took amazing care of my dogs. Would recommend!
Very accommodating to my last minute request. They were very sweet to my dog and I and she had fun! She got a good amount of walks and was content when she got home.
Felt so safe leaving my baby in Mike 's hands! He's so friendly and has a loving presence about him! He sent updates and pictures of their day which we really enjoyed! We'll definitely book again if we are in the area!!
Mike and his wife were so friendly and good at communicating. Luna had a fun time with them and we would definitely use them again to watch Luna if we are passing through the area in the future!
If you have a small friendly dog or dogs, book with Mike as soon as possible. He and his wife are simply the most kind and good people. My mom super appreciated them taking care of her two elder rescue dogs who have a lot of fear of people, loud noises, being alone. Our pups got a lot of walking and even ate at Mike's house, which they usually don't do in a new place. Highly recommend them if you want to know your furry fam is safe and happy while youre away.
Mike and Lynne were great sitters for our dog! We felt very comfortable leaving her and knew she was in good hands. We’ll be happy to have them watch our dog again!

Schedule
I love getting my steps in so taking walks is great! Like I said, I am mostly working on music or doing small projects around my house so I am home to give a lot of attention and care to a dog!

Safety, trust & environment
Our front yard does not have a gated fence so I will always make sure if your dog goes outside he’s with me and on a leash. S/he are free to roam the whole house with little to no limits on where they can sleep or relax :).
A typical day
I live right across the street from a park in Salinas. Also, being in the Monterey Bay, there are so many great places to walk!
