“Grisel and Amy are very kind. They allowed us to do a meet & greet before we left our fur baby with them for the day. We received plenty of photos and updates. They were very understanding with his puppy behaviors, which we appreciate because we know younger dogs can be a lot. Their house is set up well and they have a large yard for play. Would definitely book again!”

About: What sets me apart is being home full-time to provide constant companionship, plus having a friendly French bulldog who's great with other dogs for socialization and play. My two teenage boys absolutely love pets and will provide even more attention and interaction throughout the day. My securely fenced yard gives pets plenty of safe exercise space, and I have specific experience with French bulldogs and brachycephalic breeds, including understanding their special needs around breathing, temperature, and exercise limits. This knowledge also helps me provide attentive care for senior dogs or pets with special requirements. Pet care fits seamlessly into my family's routine. I start with morning walks and feeding, then take natural breaks throughout the day for quick walks or play sessions, I provide pet care in both my home and clients' homes, depending on what works best for each pet and family. In my home, I have a securely fenced yard where dogs can play safely and get plenty of exercise. My friendly French bulldog loves having companions and is great with other dogs, so visiting pets get both human attention and canine socialization.

“Anthony is a very patient and understanding dog sitter that I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Sacramento area. I could tell he has experience working with dogs. His home is comfortable and he has a large backyard for dogs to roam around in. I was probably more nervous than I needed to be since my dog can be pretty reactive towards new dogs, but Anthony and his dog Millie provided a very welcoming and supportive environment for my dog. He also texted me update pictures that I really appreciated.”

“Danielle is amazing! I was in a bit of a bind last minute and she was able to watch my cute pup while I was at work. Thank you SO much! She’s great at communication and being flexible. Also, I have a chiweenie and she has four little chihuahuas and he had a blast hanging out with cute doggos close in size! I definitely recommend her!🤗”

“Shout to Stephen for providing responsive and professional care to my 4yo labradoodle Gracie. Stephen is patient and kind to Gracie and all her personalities, so we rely on him for weekly daycare which involves early drop offs, updates throughout care, and late pickups. Stephen responds quickly and is happy to help so hit him up for inquiries.”

“Bari was phenomenal and really exceeded our expectations. She gave us updates throughout the day and took a ton of great pictures. Her little dog Coco is the cutest, and by the end of the day was best friends with our lil pup.”

About: Hi! My name is chynna (China), I know life can be expensive and I know my rates are higher. However please send me a message and I am willing to work with any budget! :) I've grown up with dogs my whole life, I work currently as a barber which gives me the flexibility to enjoy daily walks and cuddles with your furry friends. I come from a loving family who has always had a soft spot for dogs in our lives. There isn't a day I can't remember not having a pup. I reallly hope that I can look after your pup for you! I can guarantee you that your puppy is in great hands! I currently work part time and have more then enough time to watch and love on your animals. I have been doing so for the past 10 years and would love to help your loved one feel cozy when you are away! I have a fenced in patio, a close by dog park, and huge water bowls. If you would like your dog crated please provide a crate!

“My dog seems to enjoy the experience with this dog sitter! Great communication with pictures of him enjoying plenty of toys and a nice walk. Highly recommend for a fun and caring dog daycare service.”

About: I’ve had dogs for the past 9 years. Anywhere between 2-4 dogs at a time. I currently have two dogs that are older and pretty tame now. I’ve cared for all sorts of dogs - energetic, dog friendly, not dog friendly, dogs that are afraid of people, old dogs, and young dogs. I have experience giving medications to dogs and caring for wounds as well. I mostly work from home and am usually around to let the dogs in and out. If I were to ever have to be in the field for work, I would either have that day marked as unavailable in my calendar or would let you know. I have a large fenced backyard with lots of grass and trees for the dogs to play in. I currently have two dogs that are older but enjoy going outside to either just sit and enjoy the sun or occasionally chase the squirrels that hang out back here. I take breaks throughout the day from work to hang out with the dogs and when the weather allows, take the dogs for about a 2 mile walk.

“Probably should warn people more of the level of anxiety he can get, were generally never out of site with one another and very rarely does He get left behind. Thanks for your time, there was only so much you could do”

“Haley was amazing! I contacted her super last minute to watch Max and she responded right away. I’m so appreciative and will definitely have Max hang with her again :)”

“She was very patient and flexible with my ever changing plans due to weather and my commitments to be at a friend’s bday. I was not able to drop my dog off , but she was more willing to take my smaller dog in and cage him in a quiet room so he would feel safe. She also agreed to take him out for a walk. Due to the weather the same day we confirmed, but on the way cancelled and paid for the day care as this is her livelihood. We could have asked to cancel, but that is not what good pet parents do. They make sure people like Mrs. Achara are taken care of as well. I will use her in the future when we are in West Sacramento. Our dog is almost 15 and she was committed to taking care of him in the way we felt was best for him.”

“This was our first time we had Joel watch our baby which he did a great job, he sent us pictures through the day and let us how our nervous boy was doing, I was so stressed before taking him and he made us feel comfortable, we will be using Joel again”

“Kristine is an amazingly kind and caring sitter. She is always helpful and often available on short notice. She has been a life saver multiple times. I can go to work with peace of mind knowing my Eve is taken care of exceptionally well.”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a kid. I lived on a farm growing up and had tons of all different kinds of animals to look after. I started house/pet sitting for my parents friends in high school and have still kept up with it to this day. I have worked with animals of all age and size and can’t wait to look after your fur baby! I work from home and my schedule is very flexible so I have all the time in the world to play with your pet and give them all the love and attention they want! I have a fenced yard and a small dog who loves to make friends! We go for walks often and frequent the dog park nearby.

“Thank you for taking care of our pup last minute! Good communication throughout the process and we loved getting pictures. Alfie seemed happy and well-cared for. We definitely book again!”

About: I truly treat every dog like my own—with patience, love, and attention to their unique needs. I have hands-on experience working with both energetic puppies and senior dogs who may need a little extra care and gentleness. I'm confident handling all kinds of temperaments and I’m great at reading a dog’s body language to make sure they feel safe and happy. Whether it's helping with leash training, administering medications, or just offering extra cuddles and slow walks for older pups, I go above and beyond to give them the comfort and care they deserve. I also love sending regular photo updates, so pet parents always feel connected and reassured. As a CNA who recently moved from the Bay Area, caring for others—both people and pets—is in my nature. I’ve always had a special bond with animals and miss having my own dog around, so pet care is something that genuinely brings me joy and comfort. Right now, I work midday shifts, which makes me available in the mornings and evenings—perfect for walks, check-ins, or overnight stays. My schedule allows me to give pets the attention they need before or after work hours, and I’m always happy to start or end my day with some tail wags and fresh air. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or theirs, I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—meals, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest—because consistency helps pets feel at ease, especially when they’re away from their owners. In a client’s home, I respect their space and make sure everything is kept clean and secure. I take the time to bond with each pet, giving them one-on-one attention, lots of affection, and calm, reassuring energy. If I’m watching them in my home, I make sure the environment is pet-friendly, peaceful, and free of any hazards, with plenty of cozy spots to relax. I’m also attentive to any special needs like medication, senior support, or puppy training. Clear communication with pet parents is key—I always give updates, photos, and stay available for any questions or instructions.

About: I grew up with a black Labrador retriever, Benita, we had her for sixteen years. Growing up some of our favorite activities were going on long walks to the beach. In recent years, I have taken care of my friends dogs Archie and baby while they’ve been on vacation and have also lived with two cats. I work from home so I have a fairly flexible schedule. I am available mid day to go on walks and can be accommodating to your pets needs for shorter or longer walks. I live with a cat so my home is set up for cats. I have a litter box and non toxic plants in the home

About: With over four decades of hands-on experience raising and caring for both dogs and cats, I offer a level of knowledge and dedication that sets me apart from the pack. Since the age of five, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Helping with everything from puppy training and senior care to the birthing process and administering medications. My early years as a country boy gave me a deep respect and instinct for animal behavior, and now as a city dweller, I’ve created a pet-friendly oasis that feels like a second home for your furry companions. I currently have no pets of my own, which means your pet gets my full attention. My home offers separate, well-equipped spaces for cats and dogs. Complete with cozy beds, filtered water, toys, and treats. Dogs love lounging downstairs and gazing out the picture window at the wildlife I attract daily with seeds and nuts. A show I call “Dog TV.” Cats can enjoy their own upstairs sanctuary with two large cat towers, more toys, and a second picture window looking out at the treetops filled with birds for endless entertainment. I live just two blocks from Capitol Park, ideal for long walks, and within walking distance of multiple pet stores and parks. Whether it’s playtime, quiet time, or care for a senior or special needs pet, I bring the patience, know-how, and heart your pet deserves. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I work from home, so I’m always available with flexible spaces and comforts for every pet’s unique needs. I provide a safe, loving environment and follow all care instructions closely. I'm kind, attentive, and treat every pet as if they were my own.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life and have always been obsessed with animals. I went into accounting as a career, but am looking to be able to pursue my passion of working with animals through other avenues, such as this! I currently work part time so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pups! I have a dog of my own who I walk, take to the park and hike with almost every day! I do not have a yard, but I have a fenced in patio with fake grass, which my dog loves to use as a yard! It’s spacious, comfortable with lounge chairs, which my dog uses to sunbathe everyday!

Achara was fantastic! Super flexible and understanding of my particular scheduling needs, which were a little unconventional, and totally accommodating of them! She handled my two big energetic dogs without a problem, and they had a great time! She even gave us a cute little gift! I am excited to book her again next time!

So grateful to Jen for taking care of our girl for a few hours while we were attending a family event. She was so kind and patient while she listened to Izzy’s lore and was prepared to meet her vibe. Felt very serendipitous that she was available and close to the event we needed to attend and I’m grateful she took such good care of Izzy.

Levi loved staying with Austin I’m not sure if he loved Austin or his pups more! Austin was very professional, with quick responses and great communication. He made the meet-and-greet, drop-off, and pick-up super easy. I picked up a happy and, tired baby each time.

Caitlin was sooo sweet to our little Butter! He was spoiled with all the love and walks the entire day 🥰 Would highly recommend her as she only watches one family at a time, which is best for Butter since he’s super dog-reactive. Thank you so much again, we’d love to see you again soon ☺️
