One is a 12 year old maltipoo, and the other is a 2 year old working line German shepherd. She walked them, fed them according to their schedules, played with them and spoke to them, gave them cuddles. She was very gentle, but knew how to be firm with commands as needed (my German shepherd needs a firmer command). She also watered the plants, and cleaned after herself and the doggies before she left. She kept me updated daily with detail and photos. 10/10 recommend her!”

About: I have house sat to watch peoples animals before and absolutely loved it and would like to pursue it more. I have taken care of dogs since I was little and got my first dog when I was 3, we currently have 5 dogs and 3 cats now! Two of my dogs have medical conditions so I am used to monitoring them closely and giving them their medication. I will feed, bathe, walk, play with, and love your pet. It’s important to find the right sitter who you and your dog trust and I hope I can do that! I work part time in the mornings at Starbucks but after 2pm on most days I can come by to take care of the animals and play with them but sometimes it’ll be after 4! I always make sure to have the dog in my sight because they love to eat things that they shouldn’t. I know how dangerous it can be to have your dog unsupervised. I also make sure to put all food high on the counters because some doggies love to hop up their and eat everything in sight.

Joel was great at communicating before and during the stay to make sure everything was good to go. He sent pictures of our pup every day and gave us a daily update. Our pup had some health issues come up a couple days before Joel’s stay with him, and Joel was extremely understanding and wrote down the stuff he needed to do to take care of our dog’s issue. We came home to a happy, healthy pup!

They’re both very shy and I was so pleased she took the time to make sure they were happy and healthy and got them to push through their shyness during her time there.
