“Achara was such a blessing for us. We were literally leaving in 1 day, down to crunch time, and freaking out because our girls have never been away from home. She did a meet and greet that afternoon, and was so easy going, very friendly, and even suggested if we wanted to make the transition for our babies easier, that we could bring them that same evening, as an option too. She was friendly and welcoming, her down to earth demeanor spoke volumes. My son and I liked her right from the start. Once we received our first update text and picture, my husband felt reassured, more and at ease in our decision. She kept in communication with us, put us at ease with the whole process (clear communication, the payment process because it was our first time with Rover as well) and gave us both pictures and updates of how they were doing. She respected our dogs' boundaries, as well as gave them options with sleeping arrangements. We knew our dogs were in the perfect hands while we were gone. We definitely will be making plans in the near future, either for over night or even just for the day. While also having a family and pet herself, Achara did an amazing job balancing our family with hers, and we definitely with be using her services again. Thank you!”
About: Hello! My name is Morgan, and I’m an experienced dog mom and pet sitter with a lifelong love for animals. I grew up in the country surrounded by animals, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. During college, I fostered dogs and regularly pet sat, which is actually how I found my own dog, Tana. I’ve enjoyed it so much that we decided, why not expand to Rover? I truly believe that pets are apart of the family and I will care for your pup like they’re one of my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and cuddles! I have a very flexible schedule and am home everyday. This gives me plenty of time for walks, playtime, potty breaks, feeding, and lots of attention. I’m also flexible for drop-ins, walks, pet sitting, and house sitting throughout the week. I treat every pet like they are my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal feeding, walking, sleeping, and medication routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and will make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise!

“Kazue is the caregiver of our dreams ! A caring , pup pampering, diligent communicator. Our pups were excited and relaxed at our meet and greet and returned for their first stay tugging at their leashes to go back . They got daily walks, a nice shaded grassy yard to romp around, and Kazue provided frequent pictures and updates. At the end of their stay our boys were excited to see us, but also stopped to give goodbye kisses to Kazue🥰 as We know they will miss her and be happy to return .”

I have to do a follow up. There is nothing better that seeing your loved ones happy. My sassy little drama queen pitches a hissy fit every time she realizes we are leaving her but not with Richard and his wife. She is happy to arrive. She recognized the area before we get there, runs toward the house with unrestrained enthusiasm and is so happy there. Am I a little jealous? Yes! I am I so happy to see her so well cared for? Janessa was absolutely incredible. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. I was away and she cared for my pets during an incredibly difficult and emotional time for me. My senior cat Hank became very sick while in her care, and Janessa went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, cared for, and treated with so much kindness and compassion. She kept me updated, sent me pictures, helped me FaceTime with him, and even helped find a clinic when it became clear that it was time to let him go. Being unable to physically be there with Hank was heartbreaking, but knowing Janessa was looking after him and treating him with love meant more to me than I can put into words. She also took wonderful care of Xena and communicated with me throughout everything. This wasn’t just someone watching my pets. Janessa showed genuine compassion for them and for me during one of the hardest moments I’ve experienced. I will always be grateful for what she did for Hank in his final days. We had a last min chaotic wedding weekend and Rosalinda came to the rescue! She was reliable, flexible and easy to communicate with. She really helped me feel at ease to leave the pups with her. She was great at sending updates and videos and whenever I needed a little extra check in she quickly responded. Cerulean was happy and healthy when I returned for pick up! Alex was amazing. Our dog is a rescue and she has been so scared around other humans and dogs. We've had a hard time getting her into pet hotels because she is too scared to even enter. Alex came over a few times and spent hours with her to get to know her. She has so much patience. Then we dropped our dog off for our out of state trip. Alex did so amazing taking care of her. She sent pictures and videos regularly. We were so relieved. Alex also helped socialize her to the point where our baby was best friends with both Alex and her dogs by the end. I can't recommend her enough.

Alexxa was above and beyond expectations with our young puppy. Because of his age, I was a bit nervous to leave him. Alexxa was a committed, communicative and flexible sitter who accepted a late, holiday weekend Hail Mary request to board for an event that arose. She made a stressful day positive by providing photo and text updates and reassurance that Ham (the puppy) was settling in fine after drop off. Really truly in good hands with Alexxa and company. Ham came back tired, happy from play and his normal self. Somehow completely on his normal schedule with zero change.
