She treated my girl like one of her own, allowing her on the couch, bed, by her feet as she works from home, multiple walks a day, a hike, and exploring local parks. She sent SO many pictures everyday and kept me updated on my pups’s adventures. She is kind, compassionate, caring, and I simply cannot recommend her enough. I’m considering driving an extra two hours for an upcoming trip so that Rebecca can watch her again! Also- her home is perfect for your pet. Jordan was great with my dog, Nelli! She watched her overnight and took really good care of her. She kept us very updated and sent plenty of pictures. Nelli seemed happy and comfortable which is usually not like her. We have already booked Nelli’s next stay with Jordan!
Achara was such a blessing for us. We were literally leaving in 1 day, down to crunch time, and freaking out because our girls have never been away from home. She did a meet and greet that afternoon, and was so easy going, very friendly, and even suggested if we wanted to make the transition for our babies easier, that we could bring them that same evening, as an option too. She was friendly and welcoming, her down to earth demeanor spoke volumes. My son and I liked her right from the start. Once we received our first update text and picture, my husband felt reassured, more and at ease in our decision. She kept in communication with us, put us at ease with the whole process (clear communication, the payment process because it was our first time with Rover as well) and gave us both pictures and updates of how they were doing. She respected our dogs' boundaries, as well as gave them options with sleeping arrangements. We knew our dogs were in the perfect hands while we were gone. We definitely will be making plans in the near future, either for over night or even just for the day. While also having a family and pet herself, Achara did an amazing job balancing our family with hers, and we definitely with be using her services again. Thank you!
