I treat every pet like family and understand how important it is to know your furry friend is safe, loved, and cared for. Let’s chat, I’d love to meet your pup or kitty! I live and work downtown. I’m hybrid so office m-w. On office days I can do drop in’s before work at lunch and after work. On Thursday-Sunday I’m happy to hang out at your place if needed, as long as there is Wi-Fi :) I live in an apartment so my dogs go for lots of walks, to the dog park near us and have lots of lots. They get a ton of snuggles and attention at home. We just got a new kitten who fits right in and she has taken over the house with toys. I’ll give your fur babies they same amount of love and attention I give my own.

A small travel fee depending on location. I find it very important to learn about each pet as they have their own individual needs. Understanding how to best care of each animal is my main priority. “I have had an unstable schedule recently. Elizabeth has been very flexible with me over the past 2 weeks. I swell my dogs kibble as well as add “real” food like veggies, egg, yogurt, pumpkin purée etc. The feeding routine is not simple. She did everything as asked. My animals seem to really like her too!”

“Jandy has given us our freedom back!! Our dog had been becoming increasingly anxious when we left him alone, and we were no longer able to leave him in a boarding facility, because he would display fear aggression with the staff. We hired Jandy to conduct a behavior assessment, after which she promptly put an action plan together to help mitigate Tyler’s anxiety symptoms. She helped us see things from his perspective and she worked diligently on counter conditioning and every day rituals to bring his nervous system back to baseline. She even recommended a weighted jacket for him to wear an hour before bed (he is most anxious at night), and though I was skeptical at first, we implemented this change along with the rest of her plan, and started seeing results!! Not only can we leave him with no problem now, but he genuinely seems like a happier, calmer dog (doesn’t jump at every outside sound), and loves, loves, loves his cozy jacket time. We can leave him now and not worry that he is unhappy, nervous or scared, and we have someone we trust who we can leave him with that not only cares for his physical wellbeing, but his emotional and mental wellbeing as well. There is no better feeling than coming home to a truly happy dog. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jandy - her level of dedication and care is really unmatched.”

“Kayla is an outstanding sitter!! She is very vigilant and compassionate. I highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs!”

About: I have 14 yrs experience working on farms with all kinds of animals including chickens, cows, pigs, goats, ostriches, and more! I love dogs, especially herding ones. I have 2 cats at home. All dog walks will be at least 2 miles. I’m new to town, going back to school for GIS. I have a flexible schedule and love spending time with animals. I’m a morning person who loves a reason to get up early and seize the day so morning walks are my favorite. I also have 4yrs experience in property management. I make a great house-sitter as I am keenly aware of household operations, care, and how to handle emergencies.

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs on and off for decades (on a farm). As a kid and growing up, we had German Shepards, mutts, Lab-Terrior mixes, and a Saint Bernard. I currently have a four year-old Chihuahua that is an amazing dog and a very important part of our family. Because I love dogs, and the need in Midtown for pet sitters, I decided to join Rover. I have used the service several times myself over the years and found it to be reliable and good for my dog. I wanted to offer the same relatable trustworthy service to other families in need of someone to watch their smallest family members. I hope to take the stress out of leaving your dog with someone while you are on vacation or traveling for work.I truly understand the uncertainty and hope for your pet to have a good experience. Pet care is part of our life. I am generally home with the exception of running some errands or to get groceries but typically not for very long. I make time for walks with the dog and potty breaks every couple of hours or when our dog lets us know. Pet boarding fits seamlessly with my lifestyle. I live in Midtown and have grass around the house, but it’s not fenced in. Whenever we go out, the dog is on a harness for walks or potty breaks. The backyard is asphalt, and the dog will go out there sometimes but generally, a walk around the block is more fun for her. Walks to the state capitol are common and provide great exercise.

“Julyssa is very reliable, communicates well and is a total sweetheart! She’s really good with my puppy and ensures she covers all instructions during her visit. Definitely my go-to rover!”

About: I have two dogs of my own that I simply love, and I know how lonely they can get when I'm not there. So as a result I've decided to come on rover and show your dogs some love while your not home, get them moving and keep them happy. I'll take care of them as my own, feed them, take them on a walk, and play with them giving them a break from sitting at home and waiting on you. Dogs need attention, they also need to get out of the house. Which is what I'll provide, and I promise to show them the same attention and love that you show them. To shower them with care and use positive reinforcement and keep them happy. I currently am looking for a new job and am downtown with my dog currently for most of the day, so can take the time to come and care for your pup also For me my dog always comes first and he is like a child to me, I will treat your dog as family also. Making sure that when I come visit them and walk them they get the same love that you provide

About: I’ve taken care of a lot of dogs ever since I was young. From pet sitting, as well as owning my own. I have two Rottweilers that are my favorite ever! I think dogs are one of the best companions a person can have, and overall I love spending time with animals! I have open availability as of right now! So I’m open to whatever schedule is needed to make sure your dog is taken care of in the best way possible! Whether it's in my home or a client's home, I ensure their daily routines are maintained, offer plenty of playtime, exercise, and cuddles, and monitor their health and well-being. I also follow any special instructions for feeding, medication, or behavior management. For pet sitting in a client's home, I make sure to keep the environment familiar and stress-free, while offering updates and photos to keep owners informed. My priority is always the happiness and safety of your pet!

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs since the age of 8. I have owned 2 dogs one pitbull and German Shepard and have taken care of numerous breeds for family and friends in their time of need for events going on. I am currently part time working and not attending school for the summer so time has fell into my lap and would like to use it to help others walk their dogs and pet sit. I have my cats roam freely in my apartment and the foster caged when away but when at home let the cats interact with the foster .

About: As I move towards retirement, I now have the time to spend with those I truly love to be around .... animals! Everybody knows animals are much funner to be around than people - and I promise to love, respect and take care of yours as I do my own. I am a semi-retired Realtor, and pretty much have time every day to assist families with their pets. Whether it's a drop-in visit or boarding at your home, I'm available for an hour or for a week... and will love every minute of it. I have as much time as needed during the day (and night) to be with your pets. I am not in a position to board at my residence, but am available for daily visits/walks or overnight stays as well. As a single mom of now grown boys, I have an innate confidence to nuture others and be an independent caretaker within your home and with your pets.

“Sarah is a phenomenal dog sitter. We have been using her for years for our two boys. One of which has aggression issues towards other dogs and can be a bit of a handful. But Sarah knows just what to do and always takes extra precautions when walking him. She's incredible attentive, calming, and my dogs absolutely adore her. We appreciate her flexibility, and dedication as a dog caretaker. If you're looking for someone to care for your fur babies like they are children then she's your gal. We are so lucky we found her, and we highly recommend her to anyone who asks.”

“Karyn is not only the most reliable dog-sitter I had, but the kindest, and most caring. Karyn would come over to help walk Bean (my Puggle) most days of the week. Karyn is very communicative about expectations for dog-walking. She would always send pictures of Bean and update me on the walks, what she ate, and experiences. I know of Karyn's love of dogs, which further entrusted me. A couple of times when going on vacation I was able to leave Bean with Karyn, knowing she was in good hands. I can give nothing but praise for Karyn and her genuine care for my pups, and anyone else's dogs.”
