My dog is both blind and deaf so I’m very picky with who I have watch her, but I always feel at ease when I know RJ is watching her. About: I have worked with animals of all types since I was a child! We have always had dogs (German Shepherds, Queensland Healers, Havanese, Terriers) and I have learned to love and care for them all. I was also raised around horses and cats. I am a teacher during the school year and love to work with animals on the side. I am a very active person who loves to run, backpack, etc, and so I am looking to add more movement to my summer, hopefully with your dog! I have taken training classes with my own dog, and have worked with other aggressive and reactive behavior, and can take the necessary precautions if your animal struggles with the same. I love to play, snuggle and brush, and look forward to sending you lots of pictures and videos of your little one! I am a teacher on summer vacation and have all weekdays free for pet care. I have no weekday obligations and can be available to your pet as much as is needed! On walks I am careful to learn about the dogs needs and behaviors, and will happily customize our route to fit them (weather, temperature, reactivity, etc...). I am happy to come and stay with your animal in their home and space so that they can be more comfortable!

About: I’ve taken care of lots of types of dogs and cats. I have experience giving medicine to both dogs and cats ( I have experience with the cat burrito maneuver). I am patient with animals and do my best to meet them at their level. I am an owner of a high energy dog and she has taught me so much about talking care of pets. During the week, I have availability for lunchtime walks and evening hang. On the weekends, my schedule is much more open and I can be available whenever you need me. When taking a dog into a backyard I always make sure they are supervised. My pup is a jumper and can easily jump a fence. So I know what to look out for. When in a new spaces I always walk the fence line to check for any holes or loose boards. With indoor cats, I enter and exits the house carefully so nobody escapes. I understand cats can be shy, so i usually pick a spot and hang out quietly there and wait for the cat to come to me.
