About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I now have a rescue dog that is 111lbs, & at 6 years old still thinks he’s a puppy. So I can handle a lot of dog sizes, weights & personalities. Here for walks or check ins & feeding if you’re out of town or need help. Message me! 🐕🦮🐕‍🦺 I am available for afternoon and evening walks, check ins, feeding and play time. I am also available on weekends and Fridays after 12pm. Just let me know what works for you! I have a large dog at home that is a lot to handle so boarding in my home would be difficult. I am trustworthy and caring so you can trust your furry family member in my care.

About: Hi! My name is Éowyn, and I'm a Psychology student at the University of California, Irvine. I'm dependable, patient, and absolutely love spending time with animals. If there's a dog or cat at a gathering, you'll probably find me spending time with them! I've been helping care for pets since I was four years old (I am now almost 20). Growing up, I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from Chihuahuas to Huskies and German Shepherds. I understand that every pet has unique needs, so I always take the time to learn their routine, personality, dietary needs, and any special instructions before each visit. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed (unless instructed otherwise in a safe, enclosed area), stay aware of our surroundings, and prioritize their safety at all times. During drop-in visits and house sitting, I'll make sure your pets are fed, have fresh water, receive plenty of attention and exercise, and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. I also treat every client's home with the same care and respect I would my own. I'll keep your home clean and secure, lock doors and gates, and provide regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing your pet (and home!) is happy and well cared for. My goal is to build trust with both you and your pet by providing dependable, compassionate care every time.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of types of dogs and cats. I have experience giving medicine to both dogs and cats ( I have experience with the cat burrito maneuver). I am patient with animals and do my best to meet them at their level. I am an owner of a high energy dog and she has taught me so much about talking care of pets. During the week, I have availability for lunchtime walks and evening hang. On the weekends, my schedule is much more open and I can be available whenever you need me. When taking a dog into a backyard I always make sure they are supervised. My pup is a jumper and can easily jump a fence. So I know what to look out for. When in a new spaces I always walk the fence line to check for any holes or loose boards. With indoor cats, I enter and exits the house carefully so nobody escapes. I understand cats can be shy, so i usually pick a spot and hang out quietly there and wait for the cat to come to me.

About: I have had dogs in my family for my entire life and have been around them for over 30 years. I have a cattle dog Bjorn, and grew up with those, and my cousin has 2 large breed mix dogs that I also love to spend time with. We have 2 cats in our house as well, an orange cat named Fritz and a siamese named Tut. I am currently working part time, and on summer break, so I have lots of time available to assist with feeding and walking dogs currently. I am an experienced walker and have no issues following special instructions to make sure your pup is safe and cared for the way they recognize.

About: I grew-up and around animals of all kind my entire life, though mostly owned cats. However, in 2012, my husband and I adopted a pug and there began my journey and infatuation with pugs and pups of all kinds. We've always been the go-to for friends and family who needed sitters for their dogs of all breeds and ages. I've also worked with blind and visually impaired folks in a non profit setting for 5 years and have experience watching the dog guides/service dogs of friends for extended periods of time while they were "off duty" and have spent lots of time around them while they were on-duty, as well. I originally signed-up for Rover soon after our pug passed away because we weren't ready to adopt another fur-child and had so much love to give other pups out there. But, we ended up rescuing another pug about a year ago, so I went on a break from Rover to focus on our new girl, Hot Stuff. However, I decided to activate my account again as I'm in a bit of a career transition and am intentionally seeking activities, experiences that align with my values and passions, which includes caring for animals, and would love to spend as much time with fur babies as possible. They make the BEST company. Ultimately, I'm obsessed with all animals, and especially dogs. I think the world would be a much more harmonious place if everyone had a fur-baby in the family:) I currently don't have a personal pet to care for, or children at home and work remotely Monday-Friday, so can be somewhat flexible with my daily and weekly routine. All I can say, before out pup passed away, he was the center of our universe and our schedules/routines were based on him and his needs - his morning and evening spa treatments, making his food from scratch daily, taking him for multiple walks, cuddling and petting him throughout the day, inviting him to be on-camera during my work meetings. Because he was old, he also got regular walks in his special "puggy buggy" and we very rarely ever left him alone for more than an hour at a time. And I would care for anyone else's fur-child with the same concern and devotion. They are not just "pets" but family.

About: *currently on summer break - so open availability!* I looooooove dogs. If I could spend my free time with dogs instead of people, that’s always the choice. I’m currently back to school working on my bachelors degree during the week, but I like to take care of dogs in my free time. It’s the perfect job while going to school. I've taken care of our family dogs, friend's dogs when they're out of town, and my own dogs. I did this a few years ago and would like to get back into it. I'm always on time, I reread instructions so I don’t ever miss anything, and want to give owners peace of mind leaving their dogs in someone else’s hands. I have my own two dogs, Reece and Azriel, so I know the struggle of trusting new people with them, and I know I’m fully capable of caring for others dogs as well. I’m fully available evenings after 5, Thursday evening - Sunday fully available. I have classes Monday-Thursday all day, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the most available for me. My wife and I alternate feedings and walkings depending on our schedules, and it works well for us. I’m usually the morning walker and she does the day while I’m at school. We play, we walk, we give treats and snuggles all throughout the day. I'd love to be able to do the same for another family.
