She took the time to form a real bond with each of our cats, who clearly adore her (no small feat considering two are pretty shy), which made it so much easier for us to enjoy our vacation. We loved knowing our fluffs were getting love and play and treats from someone they genuinely trust. Shera is an incredible and detailed planner and communicator; we really appreciated her detailed updates about the state of the house, food/water/litter, and how each cat was doing, and we LOVED her incredible daily pet photography.
