“Erika is amazing! My very damaged dog, abused in his early years, never let anyone in the house without barking and charging. She came in he never let out a peep. She threw treats for him, and he retrieved them. He wandered around, kind of playing with his toys while he watched her. Her calm demeanor, and obviously translated to him. Great success!”

“Always so happy with Liz! Reliable and flexible as we needed to book another drop in at the last minute due to our kitties autofeeder malfunctioning. I always feel at ease going on trips. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter!”

About: Hi there! I am a recent law school graduate currently studying for the bar exam. In addition to growing up with dogs, I also have experience dealing with reactive dogs. For a time I had a rescue dog, Judge, who struggled with aggression, leash reactivity, and general fear/anxiety. Training with him and learning from him made me extremely educated on dog safety, care, and proper protocols when out on walks to ensure a good time for everyone involved. I recently moved to Sacramento after graduating law school, and would love to walk your dog (and maybe even help with some training) while I am studying for the bar exam. Hope to hear from you! My study schedule for the bar is exam is flexible as it is a self-paced course. I normally go for a walk in the mornings before I start my day, but I am free any time to assist! I have a large SUV that I’m happy to take your dog along in for a little adventure! My favorite daily walks in Sac is along the American River and I’d love to bring a pup along. I am also happy to stay local to wherever you live and wherever your dog is most comfortable.
“Michelle was an incredible sitter for my Moo! She’s super personable and kind. She’s very attentive to my pets needs and makes sure he gets a ton of play time in :) she also didn’t hesitate to clean up his mess when he wasn’t feeling well! Definitely very loving with animals and will continue to use her as a pet sitter!”

About: I have always had at least one dog in my life. From helping train them to playing with them and taking them on walks I have done it all! I would love to have my own, but it’s just not the right time in my life. I currently have a full time job in baseball which means I have wacky hours! Some days I have to be in at 8am and some not till 2pm really just depends. However, I also have a flexible lunch where I’d be able to walk or do a check in! Making sure they have food, water, and lots of outside time. I love playing and tiring them out so they snuggle up after! I also like the exercise of walking or running with a dog. As a young women it also makes me feel more safe.

“Jenna was amazing! Super responsive and kept me updated while she cared for my kitty! She’s a cat whisperer btw lol, my cat is normally very scared of new people but she happily greeted Jenna on the first visit. Definitely recommend to others!”

“Lauren was amazing with our two big dogs over the weekend! She is attentive to care details and gives frequent updates, leaving so surprises when you return home. Recommend her to anyone, and really appreciate her help. Will be using her services again in the future!”

About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats in the past, as well as walked neighbors and friends dogs! Moved to a new city so looking for new pups and cats! Currently have a full time job but find myself in one place most of the day so looking for ways to stay active! I’m available most weekends, and week day nights! I like to keep a clean space so am sure to clean up after animals, as well as have a safe space for them to play, eat, and use the bathroom!
“Aimee was wonderful! She cared for mine and my husband’s two cats while we were away. One of our cats is known for not being so friendly towards strangers, but she took to Aimee right away, which gave me a lot of reassurance. She provided excellent care for our cats and I hope she is available again next time we need a sitter.”

“Holly is awesome! I was nervous leaving my guys behind because one of them is due for surgery very soon so there has been recent eating changes. It was crucial to have someone help me out with having Greysito eat. Holly was on top of it all for each visit! She sent sweet pictures of my guys playing, getting pets and simply being cute. I’m grateful to have her help me with them with feeding them, scooping the litter box and simply showing them love! I don’t travel often but Holly will be me go-to Rover sitter from now on! Thanks Holly!”

“My Diego has totally fallen in love with Carrie, I can tell by the pictures! It means so much to have someone go the extra mile and hang out with him while we are gone. Thank you, Carrie!”

“Michelle is awesome! I love receiving what my family and I refer to as “Boogie Report Cards” because they describe our fur baby so perfectly. I always try to rebook with Michelle!”

About: Hi! My name is Ghazal, and I’m a dental student with years of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs. I’ve always been the person friends and family trust with their pets because I’m patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely love animals. I have experience caring for shy pets, senior pets, and animals that need extra patience or medication routines. My background working in healthcare has made me very attentive to cleanliness, routines, and noticing small changes in behavior or comfort. I’m especially good with anxious animals because I stay calm, gentle, and consistent with them. I also have cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, walks, feeding schedules, or just giving them companionship, I treat every pet like family. As a dental student, I have a structured routine and plan my schedule carefully, which makes it easy for me to stay reliable and consistent with pet care. Outside of classes and studying, I have flexible time in the mornings, evenings, and weekends for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and overnight care depending on the pet’s needs. Spending time with animals is honestly something I enjoy and find relaxing, so pet care fits naturally into my routine rather than feeling like a task. I make sure pets get attention, companionship, and consistent care while their owners are away. I always prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their familiar environment. In a client’s home, I carefully follow their pet’s routine for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any special instructions because I know consistency is important for animals. I also keep the space clean, secure, and calm while making sure pets get plenty of attention and companionship. I’m very attentive to small changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels, and I communicate regularly with owners through updates and photos so they can feel reassured while away. My healthcare background has made me naturally detail-oriented, patient, and responsible, especially when it comes to cleanliness and routine care. For cats and more anxious pets, I focus on building trust at their own pace and creating a calm environment where they feel safe and cared for.

“RJ goes out of his way to make my little senior dog feel cared for and loved. She loves to walk and sniff everything and he allows her to do so. My dog is both blind and deaf so I’m very picky with who I have watch her, but I always feel at ease when I know RJ is watching her. He updates me with photos and messages which is greatly appreciated!”

About: I have had dogs and cats as pets since I was young and I have always built strong bonds with them based on trust, consistency, and calm. I have helped friends and neighbors with caring for their pets since I was young. That includes dogs both large and small, cats, a salamander, a parakeet, a turtle, and a toad. I currently have two cats, Doce and Harmony, and a chihuahua/Italian Greyhound mix named Brixton. I am familiar and comfortable with providing structure and following through with any and all special needs your pet may have, including strict feeding and walking schedules, medications, bedtimes, etc. I would love to meet you and your pets to help to support you in any way I can. I work until 2 pm on weekdays, which means I can be available to your pet by 2:30. My weekends are completely open. I can spend as much time with your pet as you'd like within those windows of time. Multiple walks, feedings, play time, quiet time; I'm happy to be there for all of it. Being invited into a home and caring for a precious pet is one of the greatest shows of faith I can imagine. I will carry that into everything I do to be sure your trust is repaid with care and intention. I will do everything I can to leave your home just as I found it and to be sure your pet is happy and cared for. No special instruction is too much. I'm comfortable with pets and people of all temperaments and ways of being.

Michelle was amazing with our two cats! They’re usually pretty shy around new people, but they came out to play with her and seemed really comfortable during her visits. She was caring, attentive, and clearly took great care of them while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. This is our second time booking with her and we will book with Michelle again!

Libbey watched our Murphy girl for a long weekend and she did an amazing job. My kitty instantly loved her from the first meeting and she came over very prepared and eager to make sure all questions pertaining to Murphys care were asked/answered. She sent lots of photos to us per our request as well as detailed notes which is the best when you’re away missing your fur baby. She went above and beyond to make sure Murphy was taken care of. My wife and I highly recommend booking with her!

Khaili was great! She was available on short notice and we appreciated the meet and greet. Our cats were kept happy and she did great sending updates, communicating, and following our care instructions. I would highly recommend her and will be booking her to sit our kitties again!

Emily was an awesome cat sitter for our two week vacation! She was a great communicator, quick to respond, and always kept us updated with lots of photos and videos. It’s always hard leaving our cats for that long, but Emily gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were cared for, loved, and getting plenty of attention while we were away. We’re so grateful we found her. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!
