We have already booked Liz 3 times first for stop by visits as our fur baby needs special attention for his nose and sinus issues and twice for staying at our place. About: I absolutely adore dogs and their personalities. I had an older pup of my own, who has been with me all over California. Unfortunately my beautiful girl has passed. Now I have a 1 year old rambunctious little aussiedoodle named Thorin and all he wants do is play. He absolutely loves making new friends. I am always the first one to be called by any friend in need to watch their pets. I’m confident that Thorin and I can give your pet a safe space for them to have fun and you to relax and not worry. I currently work 2 miles from my place of residence. Your dog will usually just go with me to work every day, we have a bed/area set up (pet friendly environment) or if preferred the dog to stay home. My man comes with me, so we do the same for yours. Also, they would be walked first thing in the morning, on my lunch, after work and then again before bed. I have a crate if thats needed for your dog/your dog likes to have his/her own safe space. My house is free to roam for the animals. I have a big backyard they can play in.

About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.

“She was very patient and flexible with my ever changing plans due to weather and my commitments to be at a friend’s bday. I was not able to drop my dog off , but she was more willing to take my smaller dog in and cage him in a quiet room so he would feel safe. She also agreed to take him out for a walk. Due to the weather the same day we confirmed, but on the way cancelled and paid for the day care as this is her livelihood. We could have asked to cancel, but that is not what good pet parents do. They make sure people like Mrs. Achara are taken care of as well. I will use her in the future when we are in West Sacramento. Our dog is almost 15 and she was committed to taking care of him in the way we felt was best for him.”

About: Animals have been part of my life from the very beginning. My family raised and cared for pets of all kinds, including Maine Coon show cats, a golden retriever, and a yorkie. About: Hi there! I’m Jenna and I have been around animals all of my life. I have been house sitting/ animal sitting for over 10 years now. I can take care of dogs of any breed, cats, horses, goats etc. I do work full time, but my partner works from home and they are able to provide care when i am at work. We can accommodate special requests I am in an apartment on the 1st floor. We have a dog park, and a lot of grassy areas nearby. I am currently a full-time medical student and spend most of time at home studying with my Maltipoo. My schedule is very flexible and have wide availability for dog walking, daycare, and check-ins. Pets in my care receive personalized attention, regular feeding, and exercise. In my home, pets enjoy a safe and nurturing environment, attentive pet care, along with a fenced yard. I have a small Maltipoo dog with me as well and he can help keep your fur baby company and play with them, if that is something you would like your dog to do. In my client's home, I follow their specific instructions to ensure the pet's comfort and well-being. I will also constantly keep you updated on your pet’s care, since I know from personal experience how important and comforting it is to receive updates while my pet has been in care with others.

About: I’ve always had animals around growing up - dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, horses… I took care of my sweet & (very!) energetic dog Missy (golden retriever/lab) for most of her life, and gave her lots of extra attention and medical care in her later years. Recently I’ve been dog sitting for neighbors and friends and it’s such a joy! I love having the opportunity to connect with animals and give them lots of love! 💗 My schedule is currently very open, so I’m available most days of the week as well as some weekends and can generally be available on short notice. Zoey is very skittish around strangers and new environments but Nelly has the compassion and expertise to handle this type of anxiety. She pays extra attention to make sure our baby feels safe and at ease. Nelly was also mindful of Zoey's special dietary needs, using creative means to get our picky princess to eat. We boarded her for a week this time and received many pictures daily, showing how Zoey is opening up to Nelly and the other pets there, even allowing Nelly to pet and give her scritches, which never happens with strangers! Nelly even provided leash training during Zoey's stay, and she came home better behaved and more obedient! We are grateful to have found Nelly, so that we can visit our families with peace of mind knowing Zoey is safe and cared for!”

She treated my girl like one of her own, allowing her on the couch, bed, by her feet as she works from home, multiple walks a day, a hike, and exploring local parks.
