About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats in the past, as well as walked neighbors and friends dogs! Moved to a new city so looking for new pups and cats! Currently have a full time job but find myself in one place most of the day so looking for ways to stay active! I’m available most weekends, and week day nights! I like to keep a clean space so am sure to clean up after animals, as well as have a safe space for them to play, eat, and use the bathroom!

“I HIGHLY recommend Svetlana! She is absolutely wonderful with our cat, who can be a little feisty and needs lots of play and attention. Svetlana does a wonderful job taking care of her while we’re gone and making sure she gets all of the exercise and attention that she needs. We were gone for 10 days at one point, and often our cat will break out in dermatitis when she’s stressed, and even after 10 days, she showed absolutely no signs of stress which I 100% contribute to Svetlana’s care and attention. Svetlana also brought in our mail, charged cat toys, and took wonderful care of our home while we were away, giving us daily updates and photos. I could not recommend Svetlana more!!!”
“RJ goes out of his way to make my little senior dog feel cared for and loved. She loves to walk and sniff everything and he allows her to do so. My dog is both blind and deaf so I’m very picky with who I have watch her, but I always feel at ease when I know RJ is watching her. He updates me with photos and messages which is greatly appreciated!”
About: I have long-term experience with excellent references, am an almost life-long cat owner (35 years), previous feral cat colony caretaker (2 and 1/2 years), and rescue and TNR experience, etc. I was raised with animals (cats, dogs, birds- a parrot and a bevy of peafowl (peacocks), fish, and my grandparents owned a ranch with horses, cows, etc.) so animals are definitely considered to be part of my family and should be treated as such! I look forward to gaining as much hands-on experience as I can in as many areas of animal care as I can. It's extremely rewarding for me to give love and take care of animals and I plan to do this the rest of my life. Thank you very much for considering me! I'm currently working part-time (extremely flexible days and hours) so I'll have plenty of time to play with and care for your pet(s)! I am a doting pet parent myself (2 cats) so safety of an animal/pet is #1 in my mind. I will be keeping an eagle eye's watch on your pet(s) while they are in my care.

Jandy was extremely attentive to our cats while we were away and remembered little things about them that we had shared that seemed to make us being away easier on them! She did a lot more than just clean litters and feed them—the interaction was key to make us feel like our kitties were doing okay without us. She was patient with our cat who can be a cranky to others. 10/10 recommend!
Michelle did an excellent job of taking care of my cat for a few days when I was away. There was great communication including detailed notes and photos throughout. Even went above and beyond to clean up a couple smaller messes made by that. Would choose to work with her again any time.

This was my first time using Rover for pet care! We were apprehensive about turning our home and pet over to a stranger while we were away for a week. But after noting LaNaya’s profile, rates and experience level I reached out to her just a few days before our vacation to discuss the prospect and received an immediate response from her. Yes! She’d be happy to care for Kai Kitty during our absence. She came to our home for a pre-sitting visit to meet my 13 year old, house-cat Kai. She made us feel very comfortable with the idea of her coming into our home during our absence to care for my pet kitty. I gave her access codes and instructions on how to do the job. While gone she stuck to our arrangement to visit Kai every other day. She was very kind and caring with Kai ensuring he was fed, his box scooped and any accidents cleaned up. LaNaya entered our home using the assigned access codes and then locked down everything before leaving. In addition to being a great pet sitter, I found LaNaya to be reliable, relatable and well prepared for the job at hand. Avery is absolutely AMAZING! She took such incredible care of our babies and treated them with the same love and attention we do. Coming home to happy, relaxed dogs who barely seemed to notice we had been gone was the biggest sign of how well they were cared for. It was obvious they felt safe, loved, and completely adored while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!
