She not only took great care of our dogs, but also fed our pet betta fish and made sure Luna received her medication. About: Growing up I had two wonderful dogs, a dachshund and a Rhodesian ridgeback, and now for the last 4 years have have two beautiful cats. I love stopping to pet dogs that are walking by or stop and say hi to cats in the window. I've taken care of not only mine but dog and cat sat for several friends and neighbors over the years and love to connect with the pets and make sure they are happy while their parents are away, maybe give a few extra treats too. I am currently working part time and have the flexibility to pet sit as needed, whether it be day time visits, evenings, weekend or if a weekly routine is needed. I like to come and visit your place to get an orientation of what your pet likes, doesn't like, is allowed to do and what their favorite things are (treats, belly rubs, play time) so I can make sure they are happy and well looked at the way you would interact with them as much as possible.

About: Hello! I’m Keagan and I’d love to take care of your baby! I absolutely love any and all animals. I raised my yellow lab puppy at 14, and my orange crazy cat at 15. I’ve always been around animals, have raised multiple cats and dogs, and love each animal for who they are. Each fur baby is different and deserves to have that understood and respected. I’ve taken care of the sweetest pittie from 9 months to 3 years, an 11 year old boxer, a 9 year old German pointer, and raised my own dachshund mix. And I’ve babysat 4 cats at once! Multiple people have had me watch their animals while they were away, including staying at their house in the process. I like to bring my own treats, so please let me know any favorite brands or dietary restrictions. I would like to meet your furry one before I take care of them so we can become familiar with one another, and to see if we click. Some animals don’t like some people, and that’s ok! I just wouldn’t like to cause your animal stress by taking care of them if they’re not a fan of me for any reason. I’ve RARELY had this happen with any animal, but it does happen to everyone at least once in life. I hope you let me love on your animal as much as I love on mine! I’m currently focusing on being a pet sitter full-time. My priority would be taking care of your animal whenever you need, whether it’s walking your dog or checking on your cat. I would not be able to take care of pets in my home unfortunately. But, I’ll make sure your pet’s needs come first when caring for them in yours. I regularly check food and water first, make sure to follow any instructions, and stay to socialize with them. Even cats! I can absolutely sit in your living room or kitchen for a while to keep your animal company. Sometimes they just need a little more time! I have my phone and plenty of books to keep me entertained if they just want to hang out or, even better, snuggle.

About: I’ve spent most of my life caring for dogs and have personally trained five dogs with different personalities, needs, and learning styles. Over the years, dogs have been much more than pets to me, they have been members of my family. That experience has given me a deep appreciation for how differently every dog communicates, learns, plays, relaxes, and builds trust. Because I am intentionally dedicating my time to pet care, dogs staying with me are part of my day not something I simply fit in around a busy schedule. I believe daily walks are important for both physical exercise and mental stimulation, and when appropriate for the individual dog's age, health, routine, the weather, and their family's preferences, I aim to provide up to an hour of walking and outdoor exercise each day. Communication is a major part of the service I provide, so I enjoy sending regular photos, videos, and updates throughout their stay. I would rather communicate too much than leave a family wondering how their dog is doing. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable second home where dogs can relax and enjoy themselves while their family is away not an environment that feels like being placed in a kennel. I have a comfortable home with a fully fenced yard where dogs have room to play, explore, enjoy supervised outdoor time, or simply relax. I take a calm, patient, and structured approach to caring for dogs. I believe dogs thrive with a healthy balance of affection, freedom, exercise, positive reinforcement, and clear rules and boundaries. Structure should help a dog feel secure and understand what is expected of them without taking away their opportunity to be a dog. Understanding canine behavior and body language is especially important to me. I pay attention to the smaller signals dogs use to communicate whether they are excited, uncertain, overstimulated, uncomfortable, ready to play, or simply in need of some quiet time. Every dog has its own personality, history, routine, and comfort level, and I believe good care starts with respecting those differences. Charlie Girl is a happy, social dog who genuinely enjoys connecting and playing with other dogs. Even so, I never assume that two dogs will immediately be comfortable together. Introductions and interactions are handled thoughtfully and supervised, with each dog's behavior and comfort level determining how quickly they progress. I also make it a priority to follow the routines and expectations established by each dog's family, including feeding schedules, sleeping arrangements, walking routines, training cues, boundaries, and other care instructions. Consistency can make being away from home much easier for a dog. Most importantly, I take the responsibility of caring for someone else's dog seriously. These animals are members of their families, just as the dogs throughout my life have been members of mine. I want owners to leave knowing their dog is being watched closely, treated with patience and respect, given meaningful attention and enrichment, and welcomed into a home where their safety and well being come first. Regular photos, videos, and checkins are part of that commitment so you never have to wonder how your dog is doing.

About: Since I was young I have always been surrounded by dogs. From puppies to seniors. Since I was the oldest of the family, the responsibility to care for the furry friends was mine. Daily. I have my own dog. She is a husky mix named Sarabi. I adopted her when I moved out of my parents home and had her since college. I currently live in a two bedroom duplex with my partner. There is a yard as well. The park is within walking distance and some local shops nearby are dog friendly.
