1. Ashley R.

“Ashley was flexible in meeting with me for an introduction on rather short notice. Sadie was much calmer when I got home the day that Ashley walked her, so that is proof she did a great job!”

I definitely recommend Taylor 1000% !! I will definitely hire her again and will recommend her to all my friends and family. Don’t hesitate to hire Taylor you won’t be disappointed at all !”

5. Jordan D.
About: When I was in college, I would take care of my neighbors’ pets while they were away. Our family had a Lab/Rottweiler mix named Maui for 13 amazing years. Now I own a cat and a dog who are very spoiled. You treat your pets like family, and I will do the same. I am currently working remote full-time so I have no problem pet sitting where they are most comfortable. I have open availability and work is slow this year so I am on your schedule! Since I can pet sit at your home, your pet will be in the confines that you have set up so you can trust the system set in place. Whether your pet needs crate time, cannot be allowed on furniture, or has specific parameters of when they can be let out, you can know they will followed to a “T”.

6. Kylie A.
“I’ve known Kylie for over 8 years, and she’s truly the most dependable, trustworthy, and kind person I know. She’s gentle, caring, and has always had a special love for animals. Whether it's her own pets or someone else’s, she treats them with incredible care and attention. You can absolutely count on Kylie to care for your pets like they’re her own.”

7. Candy Y.

“Candy is a warm and loving person who has had both dogs and cats as pets. They have been well-treated and cared for. She will treat other people's pets like her own.”

8. Anthony E.
“I am writing to offer my enthusiastic recommendation for Anthony as a pet sitter with Rover. I have had the pleasure of knowing Anthony for many years and can confidently say that he is one of the most responsible, compassionate, and trustworthy individuals I know—especially when it comes to caring for animals. Anthony has a natural affinity with pets and approaches each animal with patience, kindness, and attentiveness. Whether it's walking dogs, administering medications, or simply providing companionship, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. His attention to detail and commitment to following pet care instructions exactly as provided make him an excellent choice for any pet owner seeking peace of mind while away. In addition to his strong work ethic and reliability, Anthony is also highly communicative, regularly providing updates and photos to pet parents, which I know is greatly appreciated from myself. His calm and confident demeanor helps animals feel at ease, even those with anxiety or special needs. I am confident that Anthony will make a fantastic addition to the Rover community. Any family or individual would be lucky to have him care for their beloved pets.”

9. Maggie H.
“Maggie is fantastic with dogs! She’s patient, loving, and incredibly responsible. Every dog in her care is happy, safe, and well-cared for. She understands body language, and the appropriate responses! My three Australian Shepherds love her! I feel very safe leaving my dogs in her care. I highly recommend her!”

10. Whitney F.
“I flew out of the country for about 3 weeks in 2021 to visit family, leaving our beloved old lady Lea (18-year old chiweenie) under Whitney's care. Whitney was a GODSEND. She took Lea out for timely walks, became very acquainted with all of her needs as a then-15-year old dog, fed her as scheduled, and fed her her supplements, too! A day or so before I flew out, Lea had had a run-in with a baby opossum, and we believe that fleas latched onto her because of this - we hadn't been able to restock her flea medications since we were still coming out of lockdown. Whitney determined this while we were away, and she worked her hardest to rid Lea's bedding of fleas while we were away and giving her multiple baths. Lea loves and still remembers Whitney when she comes to visit every now and then! I've also seen Whitney pet-sit for other animals, and she has been attentive, loving, and caring for the pets as if they were her own! I highly recommend leaving your furry friends with Whitney!”

About: I have two dogs of my own that I simply love, and I know how lonely they can get when I'm not there. So as a result I've decided to come on rover and show your dogs some love while your not home, get them moving and keep them happy. I'll take care of them as my own, feed them, take them on a walk, and play with them giving them a break from sitting at home and waiting on you. Dogs need attention, they also need to get out of the house. Which is what I'll provide, and I promise to show them the same attention and love that you show them. To shower them with care and use positive reinforcement and keep them happy. I currently am looking for a new job and am downtown with my dog currently for most of the day, so can take the time to come and care for your pup also For me my dog always comes first and he is like a child to me, I will treat your dog as family also. Making sure that when I come visit them and walk them they get the same love that you provide

12. Erin T.

“Erin is prompt, reliable and trustworthy. My sometimes very anxious dog and Erin became fast friends...such a relief!! 10/10 would recommend.”

13. Jade R.
“Jade was a ton of help! Very attentive and my dog loves her. She did a great job and also coordinated with a friend of mine who took over care while I was out of town. I would trust her to come back into my home anytime to care for Theo. Thank you!”

14. Andrew G.
About: I have owned and taken care of dogs since the age of 8. I have owned 2 dogs one pitbull and German Shepard and have taken care of numerous breeds for family and friends in their time of need for events going on. I am currently part time working and not attending school for the summer so time has fell into my lap and would like to use it to help others walk their dogs and pet sit. I have my cats roam freely in my apartment and the foster caged when away but when at home let the cats interact with the foster .

15. Sara S.

“Sarah was excellent! The dogs got a great walk each day. I will definitely schedule with her again!”

16. Jessica J.
“Jessica is absolutely amazing with my dog, Lasso! She’s watched him multiple times, and every experience has been fantastic. Her fun and bubbly personality instantly puts both pets and people at ease. What really stands out is her patience—Lasso can be a handful at times, but she always handles him with kindness and understanding. She’s also a great communicator and keeps me updated with messages and photos, which I really appreciate. I always feel at ease knowing Lasso is in such caring and capable hands. Highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter!”

17. Tiffany P.
About: Hi! I’m Tiffany, and I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life! I’m 37 years old and currently share my home with two sweet senior dogs and a curious kitten. Whether your pet needs a cuddle buddy, a patient walker, or just someone who truly gets animal quirks, I’m your person. I treat every pet like family and understand how important it is to know your furry friend is safe, loved, and cared for. Let’s chat, I’d love to meet your pup or kitty! I live and work downtown. I’m hybrid so office m-w. On office days I can do drop in’s before work at lunch and after work. On Thursday-Sunday I’m happy to hang out at your place if needed, as long as there is Wi-Fi :) I live in an apartment so my dogs go for lots of walks, to the dog park near us and have lots of lots. They get a ton of snuggles and attention at home. We just got a new kitten who fits right in and she has taken over the house with toys. I’ll give your fur babies they same amount of love and attention I give my own.

18. Tyson K.

“We feel lucky to have found Tyson! He was literally a life saver & walked our two medium sized doggies (one energetic puppy & one mellow senior) for the last three weeks, every day from Mon - Fri, 8am - 9am. He took our babies out walking around our neighborhood for at least 1.7-2+ miles each morning. Having Tyson walk our dogs was the best postpartum gift my husband & I got ourselves as we knew we wouldn’t have time to pay attention to our dogs as we took care of our first ever human baby, our newborn son who will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. Today was the last day Tyson walked our dogs, and we already know how much our dogs will miss him!! We highly recommend Tyson to anyone who wants a reliable, easygoing & warm person to walk their doggos & get their energy out. 10/10”

19. Kirstin J.

“Kirstin is beyond wonderful with my two dogs! She recently stayed at my apartment for a few days and I couldn’t be more impressed with how communicative and considerate she was. It’s clear that she loves the dogs that she cares for as if they were her own. I would absolutely recommend her and hope I’m lucky enough to have her stay with my dogs again in the future!”

20. Cynthia G.
“Cynthia knows what pets want. She herself has a cat named Matcha, who is adorable. I don’t really know what cats want or what certain noises mean, but she can read Matcha like a book! :) I’m a dog person myself and whenever she comes to my house, she plays with my dog and handles him with care:) I’m sure if she handles these pets, especially mine who is a handful, she can certainly give the same amount of care and love to other people’s pets:))”
