“If you’re looking for a wonderful friend for your dog during these crazy pandemic times, look no further than Teri! Our girls love her to death, and she has been absolutely amazing during the quarantine, taking every safety precaution (gloves, shoe coverings, social distancing handoffs outside the house). We absolutely love Teri!”

“Brita is amazing! I have only great things to say about Brita. She is an animal lover and takes such good care of my senior dog everyday for her daily walks around town. Brita is an amazing communicator and always tells me how the walks went and her pictures are so cute! I love that I get to see how loved my dog is while she’s with Brita. I trust her in my home and with my animals. She is a gem and I’m so glad to have her help!”

7. Ilana L.
“Ilana has such a genuine and spirited love for dogs and all their many joys. She balances this though with a gentle yet firm method of guidance so that the dogs she works with feel cared for but understand their expectations and boundaries. She has regularly walked, dogsat, and cared for my dog, Charleston, and I sometimes feel like he loves her more than me! Ilana is a responsible, caring, and dependable dog sitter and any dog or person she works with will be lucky to have her.”
8. Kirstin J.
“Kirstin was great! My puppy is skittish and was scared during her first visit but loved her every time after that! She was great in helping him during his housetraining!”
9. Destany S.
“Destany is a wonderful dog caregiver and Walker. She is also an amazing dog mom. I highly recommend her if your pup needs some time out and about while you’re caught up at work.”

About: I grew up in a household where out pets were an important part of our family and understand the importance of continuity of care for your furry friend while you are away! I grew up taking care of family pets, mostly medium to large breed dogs including german shepherds and bully breeds. I have several years of experience volunteering at a local bully breed shelter and often pet-sit for family and friends when they are away! I am currently a graduate student nearing the end of my master's program and will have a few months of free time before rolling into my doctorate program in the fall! I currently work from home part-time and have a very flexible schedule. I understand the importance of routine and safety for your furry friends which is why I offer in-home sitting services to maintain your pets' daily routine in the comfort of their own home! I also know how important exercise and engagement can be in your pets' wellbeing and am committed to maintaining the same integrity of exercise frequency and intensity that you provide your pet on a normal basis!

12. Erin T.
“Erin is prompt, reliable and trustworthy. My sometimes very anxious dog and Erin became fast friends...such a relief!! 10/10 would recommend.”
13. Jordan N.
“Jordan is fantastic at caring for animals. They use positive reinforcement training practices and are truly loving. They helped with reactive responses with my dog and gave me tips which I've implemented in our day to day routine which has helped immensely! They are attentive, caring and patient. They would be a fantastic choice to care for your fur babies!”
14. Marina B.
“Marina was wonderful! I broke my foot and needed help walking my French bulldog a few times a week. Marina was very communicative, always on time (even a few minutes early) and my pup warmed to her right away. I will definitely be using Marina again for future dog walks and sitting.”
15. Marigail B.
“Marigail’s dependability is her greatest virtue. If I was ever in a bind she is the first person I would call. She provides great insight when I have a question about the health of my dogs. She is a loving mother to many animals and any animal would be lucky to know her.”
16. Cara E.
“I have known Cara for about 4 or 5 years now. We worked together in rescue and I have gotten to watch her working with very difficult dogs. She is amazing with any animal! Very positive and happy person who is eager to help others! Pets are her passion and I would reccomend her for any petsitting jobs! She has experience with shy dogs, friendly dogs and is VERY patient with dogs that have fear and aggression. Give her a shot! You won't regret it!”
17. Alejandro C.
“I will book Alejandro any time to watch my fur babe. He was reliable, attentive, and communicative, and I came back home to a happy cat.”
18. Hayleigh L.
“Hayleigh loves and is great at taking care of dogs. She took excellent care of our little Shia Tzu, Lucy, with whom you have to be very patient on walks — little legs and lots of sniffing. She loves to play and cuddle with the animals too. She has taken great care of my mother-in-law’s Spanish Water Dog also. She is responsible, very punctual, and kind.”

About: New to Rover but have been pet sitting for friends for years! And I have had or been around dogs all of my life. I travel for work so currently can’t have a dog of my own so helping others with their dogs is the next best thing. I also have a lot of free time on my hands due to current schedule. I travel for work about once a month and have a very open schedule when I’m in town. I know well ahead of time when my work will make me unavailable. I can’t host due living in a midtown apartment but I am available for drop ins, walks and overnights if the clients and I have an established relationship.
