Long-time dog lover/owner
I have grown up with dogs my entire life and feel very comfortable around them and very in-tune to their needs. I also worked for Midtown Mutts for a year prior to Covid and going back to school (many of the dogs I walked then are shown in my gallery). Not only do I view pets as family members and a whole lot of fun, I also view them as lifelong friends and would take special care that they are always safe, comfortable, happy, and loved! I am familiar with many different breeds and know what different needs this entitles for each. I am available for specific needs as requested by the owner, such as extra walks or special diets and will respect these. I love to take dogs on runs, to the dog park, or on long hikes if the owner permits. I hope you will consider me for your next dogsitting need!

I care for pets by following their established routines as closely as possible and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their own environment. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, personality, and energy level, whether that means active play and walks or a quieter, more relaxed approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining consistency—feeding on schedule, refreshing water, administering care as instructed, cleaning litter boxes or pet areas, and providing companionship and enrichment. I respect the home and any specific instructions provided, and I make sure pets get attention, reassurance, and positive interaction while their owners are away. I am attentive to pet behavior and wellbeing, communicate clearly with owners, and will provide updates as requested so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. My goal is for pets to feel secure and cared for, and for owners to feel peace of mind.

I am currently working from home and self-employed, so I am very flexible with my hours, available nights or weekends if needed, and can work around tricky schedules. I have a daily routine with my own dog and cat, so am very aware of pet routines and their importance.
