About: I’ve been around pets my entire life, and I truly believe they’re one of the best parts of the world. I was a dog owner for over 10 years, and after losing my sweet girl to cancer, I really missed having furry friends around. That experience reminded me just how much joy and companionship pets bring into our lives. From dogs and cats to fish and hamsters, caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’m a family guy with a comfortable home and a safe, secure environment where your pet can feel relaxed, loved, and right at home. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member with someone else. My goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your pet gets plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and care. Whether your companion needs walks, drop-in visits, sitting, boarding, or simply some extra love and attention, I’m happy to help. I’ll treat your pet like part of my own family and make their safety, comfort, and happiness my top priorities. I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged family member! 🐾❤️ I work part-time in the evenings and am available during the day to spend time with and care for your pets. While I’m at work, my wife and daughter are home and will be there to care for them. Your pets will always have someone at home with them, so they won’t be left alone. You can have peace of mind knowing your pets will receive care, attention, and companionship around the clock. I have a good-sized, secure backyard where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time, as well as a public walking path right behind my house for those who enjoy stretching their legs and getting some exercise. I love taking dogs for walks—it’s a great way for them to get fresh air, exercise, and enrichment while keeping them happy and comfortable. I always make sure pets are supervised, cared for, and treated like part of the family while they’re in my home.
“Davis was super attentive to my cat, Muc! I received daily reports and photos of how Muc was doing. Davis treated Muc like his own. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Davis is definitely my go-to.”

About: I have a 9 year old cat of my own, adopted her when she was a kitten! Throughout the years I have also taken care of the family pets (two cats and one dog). I love going for walks and I would often have our family dog tag along. I have experience in giving oral medication to cats + following a medication/feeding schedule. I’m currently working full time, Monday-Friday, I’m available to walk and care for pets during my work breaks, evenings during the week, or any time during the weekend. I provide a loving environment to any animal I come across. I want them to feel safe and comfortable enough to trust that they know I am a friend!
“Left my very big, very shy cat alone for the first time, and was a little anxious about finding someone to check on him. Payton was the perfect person for the job! She sent regular updates, and even sent photos of the cat under the bed! I highly recommend you hire Payton to watch your furry friend - you and your pets will be glad you did!”

“Taylor has been excellent!! Super consistent and communicative. She does a great job making sure I am informed about what goes on during the visits and ask for feedback on what she can improve which I really appreciate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sitter for their pets.”

“Mel is awesome! Very professional, easy to get along with, great communication, reliable and absolutely great with our dogs! Frank (our large male pitbull mix) and Becky (our medium female bulldog) both adored Mel from the first moment they met her. She is very much Frank and Becky approved! Mel's done a great job taking care of our pups, she's a fantastic pet professional, and we highly recommend her services!”

About: Experienced with all types of dogs, including special needs. Skilled in walking, handling, overnight care, attention to detail, comfortable in medication administration and accurate dosing My schedule is wide open and flexible. I’m currently attending school to become a veterinary technician while looking for a part-time job, so I’m available to provide reliable, attentive pet care in the meantime. I’ll always be respectful of your space, house rules, and the routines you’ve created for your pets. I’ll follow your instructions carefully and treat your home and pets with the same care and respect I would my own.

“Awesome! I was in an area where I did not have any cell phone reception so that’s why I didn’t answer you back. Hopefully he wasn’t too much of a headache! I forgot to tell you that the little red ball is his favorite, and usually the pup cup will settle him down enough that he will eat. His bowl was empty when I got home so he must’ve ate after you left. Thank you for staying longer, and I’m guessing he just crashed after you left and took a nap. Thanks again for coming by and again. I hope he wasn’t too much of a headache.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for years and understand that every dog has their own unique personality and needs. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone who will treat your pet with the same love and care you do. I have experience with daily walks, feeding, playtime, administering routines, and providing lots of attention and companionship. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages throughout each visit. Caring for my own dog has also taught me patience, consistency, and how to recognize when a dog needs extra space or a calmer approach. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My availability is flexible, and I’m happy to accommodate your pup’s preferred walking times, whether they need morning exercise, midday breaks, or evening strolls. As a dog mom, I know how important it is to trust someone with your pup. I provide patient, attentive walks focused on safety and happiness.
About: Dogs have loved me since I was a kid and I have never had an issue with caring for animals. I enjoy getting my steps in with both dogs and cats and would love to take care of your fur babies on any weekdays of your choosing! Im a full-time college student, but my class schedule ends at 3, so any time afterwards works great for me :) I am available on weekends per request. My backyard is fenced in and spacious enough for any play time with your animals and I have 3 friendly maltipoos who would love to hangout.
“Whitney provided updates with my cat at each visit! Very happy with my first time using Rover and finding Whitney! I would love for her to watch my cat again.”

“Mindi was wonderful with Odin! She stopped by for a drop-in visit, gave him a nice walk, and made sure he was well cared for. I could tell he was happy and comfortable after their time together. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Natalie is awesome. Kolby love’s Natalie and I actually think he was upset it was me coming home and not Natalie visiting 😂 I love that I trust Natalie enough to go hiking in the back country without cell service because she would take care of him 100%.”

About: I am returning to Rover after a long hiatus while pursuing my PhD. Before my beloved Stella (black pitty) passed away, we had a wonderful time dog-sitting for clients. After many years of grief and a very, very busy life in my doctoral program, I have another doggy companion, Bruce. We enjoy working from home together and are excited to care for your pets! Training my boxer, Bruce, has been such a rewarding experience, and we hope to have the chance to help others on their journeys to build strong connections between handlers and their beloved companions. Working from home allows me to adapt to different needs and routines to stick as closely as possible with your pets current routine to give them a sense of familiarity. My boxer, Bruce, knows when it is time for his meals, bedtime, or when I need to step out to run errands for the day. I intend to do the same by adapting to your pet's routine so they feel at ease.

About: I have 4 kitties and 1 pup of my own. I have had no less than 3 cats my entire life, and am always helping the local strays as well, so I have loved cats of every type of personality and special need. I take my pup with me just about everywhere, so I have a lot of experience being out and about with a canine companion. My dog doesn't like other dogs, so I am also comfortable caring for pups that prefer not to be around other dogs. If you're looking to give your pup an extra special day out at a new park, I would love to bring them on an adventure! If your dog and/or cat is all about routine, I've got you. Playtime? I am so there! Or maybe your little one is a bit anxious and just wants some scratches and snuggles - I am here to make them feel safe and loved while you are away. <3 Whatever they need most, I am here to provide. I am a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, and as such, I have an extremely flexible schedule, so I can be available whenever it is that you need me the most! If you're looking for someone to stay with your pet all day and/or night, everything I need to do my freelance work is portable, so I can give your little one all the attention they deserve. :) I am the master of catering to the needs of all different types of pet personalities, as I have 4 cats and 1 dog of my own, all very unique from one another. As such, I am able to cater the care I give to fit perfectly with your little one's needs and routines.
“I have had an unstable schedule recently. Elizabeth has been very flexible with me over the past 2 weeks. I swell my dogs kibble as well as add “real” food like veggies, egg, yogurt, pumpkin purée etc. The feeding routine is not simple. She did everything as asked. My animals seem to really like her too!”

Bao did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away! She came over to feed them, play with them, and scoop their litter, and we felt very comfortable knowing they were being well cared for. Her communication was great throughout our trip, and we really appreciated all the pictures and updates she sent us. We would definitely trust Bao to watch our cats again and highly recommend her!

Jaclyn took wonderful care of our 2 cats while we were away on vacation. She came a day early for a meet and greet where she made our cats feel really comfortable around her. She had great communication before we left as well as the whole time we were away. Would definitely recommend Jaclyn to anyone looking for cat care!

One of the best dog sitters for the hard to reach dog. Our pup is up there as the toughest customer ( fearful anxious ) & we appreciate Kelcya's calm, steady approach to providing care, meds & feeding. Even when the dog refuses all attempts to eat his meds/food a good chunk of the time, Kelcya keeps on trying. It's means a lot when your miles away, just knowing your pups are safe & cared for by a professional. Thank you!
